T-Nut Installation
Follow the correct order and plan the insertion of T-nuts for proper
assembly.
Alignment Tab Removal
If tabs on brackets obstruct extrusion installation, remove them as
necessary.
Assembly Steps
Step 1
Attach 16-40×40 angle brackets with 32-M8 T-nuts and 32-M8x16 screws.
Ensure screws are loose enough to slide T-nuts into profiles.
Step 2
Add 2-40x120x500 components with tabs removed as required.
Step 3
Install 2-40x120x1200 parts with 6-foot pad and 6-M8 T-nuts.
Step 4
Proceed with the assembly as per instructions.
Step 5 to Step 12:
Follow the remaining assembly steps provided in the manual.

T-Nut Installation
Be mindful of the order of installation and plan out the insertion of T-nuts.
Alignment Tab Removal
Tabs on brackets may need to be removed if they interfere with the
installation of an extrusion as shown to the right.
2 – tabs need to be removed from 4 brackets
NOTE
Leave screws loose enough to slide the T-Nuts into the aluminum extrusion
profiles.
