Product Usage Instructions
Logitech ZONE 305 Wireless Headset
- Press the power button once to power on the headset.
- Once powered on, the LED light will turn white.
- A voice prompt will indicate the battery status.
Logitech ZONE 305 Wireless Headset
- Insert the USB-C receiver into a USB-C port on your computer or dock.
- If using USB-A, insert the USB-C receiver into the USB-A adapter and then plug it into a USB-A port on your computer or dock.
- The headset is pre-paired to the receiver it ships with. Poweron the headset to complete pairing.
- When successfully paired, both the receiver and headset indicator lights will turn solid white.
Adjusting Fit
- Slide the earcups up and down the headband until they sit comfortably on your ears.
- Adjust the microphone boom up or down for optimal voice capture.
Muting
- Flip up or down the microphone boom to mute or unmute. Voice prompts will indicate the status.
Charging
- Connect the charging cable to the USB-C port on the earcup andthe other end to a power source.
- The LED light will breathe white while charging and turn solid white when fully charged.
- A 5-minute charge provides up to 1 hour of talk time, with a full charge taking around 2 hours.

PAIRING VIA USB-C RECEIVER

USB-C
Plug the USB-C receiver into a USB-C port on your computer or dock.
USB-A
Insert the USB-C receiver into the USB-A adapter. Then plug the USB-A adapter into a USB-A port on your computer or dock. -
Headset is already paired to the receiver it ships with. Just power on the headset.
Once successfully paired, the light indicator on the receiver will remain solid white.Light indicator on the headset will also turn solid white .
PAIRING VIA BLUETOOTH®

Long press the power button on earcup until LED light blinking fast to initiate Bluetooth® pairing.

2a. For Windows
Place the headset close to your computer and pair the headset via Swift Pair.
When the Swift Pair notification shows
“Zone 305”, select “Connect.”
Only for native Bluetooth® version
You must connect to a Windows 11 computer via the Swift Pair to enable Microsoft Teams certification over native Bluetooth®. If you don’t see a Swift Pair notification, do the following:- Pair your headset to the computer with the method shown below in 2b.
- When paired successfully, the Swift Pair notification should show up. Select “Connect”.
Note: Make sure “Show notifications to connect using Swift Pair” is enabled in your computer’s Bluetooth® settings. 2b. For macOS and other operating systems In your computer or mobile device’s Bluetooth® settings, select “Zone 305” in discoverable devices.

Repeat steps 1 and 2 if you want to pair with another device. You can pair with a maximum of 8 devices and connect to 2 devices simultaneously.
ADJUSTING FIT

It may be easier to adjust the headsets on your head. Slide the earcups up and down the headband until they sit comfortably
on your ears. -
Move the microphone boom up or down until it is leveled with your mouth for better voice capture.
MUTING
- Flip up or down the mic boom to mute or unmute.
- You will hear voice prompts that indicate whether the microphone is muted or unmuted1.
CHARGING
The LED light on the headset will become red when the battery is lower than
10%.

Plug one end of the cable to the USB-C port on the bottom of the earcup and the other end into the USB-C charging port on your computer, dock, or a power adapter.

The LED light will start breathing white when charging.

The LED light will turn solid white when fully charged.
A 5-minute charge will give you up to 1 hour of talk time3, and a full charge takes around 2 hours. -
The headsets can be used with Bluetooth® paired while charging.
LOGI
TUNE
Take control of your music and meeting experience with Logi Tune. Adjust
sidetone, mic level, and EQ for your preferred audio experience using the Logi
Tune desktop or mobile app for Logitech headsets.
It is also recommended to boost your headset performance with periodic
software and firmware updates. Learn more and download Logi Tune at
logitech.com/tune, the Apple App Store or Google Play store.
ADJUSTING SIDETONE
Sidetone lets you hear your own voice during conversations so you are aware of
how loud you are talking. In Logi Tune, select the sidetone feature, and
adjust the dial accordingly.
- A higher number means you hear more external sound.
- A lower number means you hear less external sound.
AUTO SLEEP TIMER
By default, your headset will automatically power off when not in use for 30
minutes to conserve battery. Adjust the sleep timer in Logi Tune. To wake up
your headset, try press the power switch again.
RECONNECT YOUR HEADSET
Only available for versions with receiver
In case the headset is disconnected to the receiver, you can reconnect your
headset via Logi Tune.
- Plug USB-C receiver or USB-A adapter with the USB-C receiver into the computer USB port.
- Power on the headset by long pressing the power button.
- Open Logi Tune Desktop on your computer.
- Select “Zone Receiver” from the dashboard.
- Wait while it is looking for the previously connected headset.
- If no headset is shown as connected to the receiver, click “Pair headset”.
- Enter pairing mode on the headset by long pressing the power button until the headset LED light starts blinking.
- Once successfully paired, the light indicator on the receiver and on the headset will turn solid white.
RESET YOUR HEADSET
- Power the headset on.
- Press and hold the call button and volume ’–’ button for 5 seconds.
- The headset is successfully reset when the headset light indicator blinks fast in red and white for 3 times and turns off.
CONTROLS
Note:
- Teams activities are only functional when Teams is running on an unlocked computer
- Multipoint connection priorities
- Call activities are always the first priority over media streaming.
- When two devices are connected, the Bluetooth® connection will be prioritized over the receiver.
- When two Bluetooth® devices are connected, the last active device will take a priority over the other.
- The priority between two Bluetooth® devices can be customized on Logi Tune app under Connected devices.

Note:
User-triggered behaviors, such as Bluetooth® pairing, will be prioritized; The
light indicator will then revert back to its previous status once the behavior
is completed.
