Alternatively, remove the battery to prevent damage from battery leakage.
9. DO NOT expose the product to temperatures above 60°C (140°F) for prolonged time, as this poses a risk of battery explosion or combustion.
10. Please recharge the product with the original charging cable to avoid shortening the lifespan of the battery.
11. Please recharge the product every 6 months when left unused for a prolonged time.
12. DO NOT disassemble or modify this product as doing so will cause damage to it and render the product warranty invalid. Please refer to the warranty section in the manual for complete warranty information.

Battery Safety

• Improper use of the battery may result in severe battery damage or safety hazards such as combustion or explosion. DO NOT use the battery if its wrapper is damaged or if its discharge current does not match your product.
• DO NOT disassemble, puncture, cut, crush, incinerate, or short-circuit the battery. DO NOT mix the batteries of different brands or types. If any leakage, abnormal odor, or deformation is noticed, stop using the battery immediately and dispose of it properly.
• Dispose of the device/batteries under applicable local laws and regulations.

Battery Installation Removal

Charging the Battery

• The included NL1836R rechargeable Li-ion battery is equipped with a USB-C charging port. Please charge the battery before use.
• Power Connection: Use the USB cable to connect an external power supply (e.g. a USB adapter or other USB charging devices) to the charging port to begin the charging process.
• The charging time is approx. 4 hours. (Charged via the 5V/1A adapter)
• Charging Indication: During the charging process, the red charging indicator will turn on steadily. When the battery is fully charged, the charging indicator will turn green steadily.

Battery Installation / Removal

• As illustrated, after unscrewing the tube, insert/remove the battery(s) and screw to tighten the tube.

Warnings:

1. Make sure the battery(s) are inserted with the negative end facing towards the tail. The product will not work if the battery(s) are incorrectly inserted.
2. When the power level is low, please stop using the product and recharge the battery to prevent damage.

Tactical Momentary Illumination

• For HIGH (Default): When the light is off, half press and hold the Power Button to momentarily access HIGH. Release to turn it off.
• For LOW: Turn off HIGH, then half press and hold the Power Button again within 2 seconds to momentarily access LOW. Release to turn it off.
• Note: If the light remains off for more than 2 seconds, half-pressing and holding the Power Button again will automatically revert to HIGH.

On / Off

• For HIGH (Default): When the light is off, fully press the Power Button until a click sound is heard access HIGH.
• For LOW: Turn off HIGH, then full press the Power Button again within 2 seconds to access LOW.
• Off: When the light is on, fully press the Power Button until a click sound is heard to turn it off.
• Note: If the light remains off for more than 2 seconds, fully pressing the Power Button again will automatically revert to HIGH.

Battery Charging / Replacement

• The battery should be charged or replaced when the output appears to be dim or the flashlight becomes unresponsive due to low power.

ATR (Advanced Temperature Regulation)

• The integrated ATR technology regulates the output of the MT2C Pro according to the working conditions and ambient environment to maintain optimal performance.

Maintenance

• Every 6 months, threads should be wiped with a clean cloth followed by a thin coating of silicon-based lubricant.

Warranty Service

• All NITECORE® products are warranted for quality. Any DOA / defective product can be exchanged for a replacement through a local distributor/dealer within 15 days of purchase.
• After that, all defective/malfunctioning NITECORE® products can be repaired free of charge within 60 months from the date of purchase.
• Beyond 60 months, a limited warranty applies, covering the cost of labor and maintenance, but not the cost of accessories or replacement parts.

The warranty will be nullified if

1. the product(s) is/are broken down, reconstructed, and/or modified by unauthorized parties;
2. the product(s) is/are damaged due to improper use. (e.g. reversed polarity installation)
3. the product(s) is/are damaged due to battery leakage.
