the limited warranty that apply to the project device that you have purchased.
Keep all printed guides for future reference. Failure to follow instructions
and properly set up, use, and care for this product can increase the risk of
serious injury or death, or damage to the device or devices.
Warning: Do Not Attempt Repairs
Do not attempt to take apart, open, service, or modify the product,
accessories, or power supply. Doing so could present the risk of electric
shock or other hazard. Any evidence of any attempt to open or modify this
evidence, including any peeling, puncturing, or removal of any of the labels,
will void the Limited Warranty.
Warning: Use Near Water
To reduce the risk of fire or shock, do not use this device near water and do
not expose it to rain or moisture, do not attempt to dry the device with a
hair dryer or a microwave oven.
Warning: Battery safety
This device contains a built-in battery, improper use of which may result in
an explosion. Do not heat, open, puncture, mutilate, or dispose of the product
in a fire. Do not leave the product in direct sunlight for an extended period,
which could cause melting or battery damage. The battery in this device is not
user-replaceable and should only be replaced by a JmGO Authorized Service
Provider.
Warning: AC Adapter Safety
Failure to take the following precautions can result in serious injury or
death from electric shock or fire in damage to the device.
- Use only the power supply unit and AC power cord that came with your device or that you received from an authorized retailer.
- Do not use non-standard power sources, such as generators or inventors, even if the voltage and the frequency appear acceptable. Only use AC power provided by a standard outlet.
- Do not overload your wall outlet, extension cord, power strip,or other electrical receptacle. Confirm that they are rated to handle the total current drawn by the device and any other devices that are on the same circuits.
Warning : Shocking Hazard This device may contain small parts which may be a shocking hazard to children under 3. Keep small parts away from children.

Appearance and functions
Buttons and operations
- Press to power on/off the device;
- Press and hold the Power but and o button at the same time to reset (when the system halted)
External power source
- Connect one end of the power adapter to DC IN and the other end to the mains supply to use the device.
Screen size and throw distance
The throw distance and screen size are directly proportional, the longer the distance is, the larger the size will be. You can adjust the distance according to actual need (the data above are for reference only).
Status indicator
The indicator is on the Power button and it can indicate different working statuses by different colors (orange and white);
- Charging: the indicator remains on in orange;
- Charging complete: the indicator remains on in white;
- Low power: the indicator flashes in orange when the power level is low. In such a case, you need to save your settings and connect an external power source as soon as possible.
- Abnormal: the indicator flashes in orange and white in turn (every 1s and last for 5s) when the fan or power source is abnormal and the device fails to power on. In such a case, check whether the air inlet or outlet is blocked and start the device again. If the problem remains, please contact the seller for repair.
Adjusting focus
You can adjust the focus by turning the knob up and down until the projection is clear.
Network connection
You can configure your wireless network under “Settings” – “Network settings” – “Wireless settings”.
3D play
You can play 3D video directly or play the 2D video in 3D by pressing the 3D button during the play.
Note: please note that the JmGO active shutter 3D glasses are required to view 3D contents.
Connecting other devices
The product supports connection with various external devices. You can choose special cables for the connection according to actual need.
Downloading and installing Jmgocon
By downloading the Jmgocon App, you can control the JmGO Smart Portable Theater with your mobile phone. Scan the QR code below to download and install the Jmgocon App on your mobile phone.
Using Jmgocon
- Install Jmgocon App and configure wireless network according to this manual for the device to access to internet.
- Run Jmgocon App on your mobile phone, as shown in the picture below:
- Click the icon to enter the main interface of the App, then click “Unconnected devices” to display pull-down list:
- Select the IP address of the device and click Connect, then you can control the device with your mobile phone.
Functions and introduction of Jmgocon
Power button : click to call dialog box and select “Yes” to power off.
WARRANTY CARD
Warranty ( All Regions Except China Mainland)
JmGO values your business and always attempts to provide you with the very
best service. If this product requires maintenance, either contact the dealer
from whom you originally purchased the product or visit our product support
website at en.jmgo.com for information on how to obtain service or a Return
Material Authorization(RMA). If it is determined that the product may be
defective, you will be given an RMA number and instructions for product
return. An unauthorized return(i.e., one for which an RMA number has not been
issued) will be returned to you at your expense. Authorized returns must be
shipped in an approved shipping container, repaired and insured, to the
address provided on your return paper. Your original box and package should be
kept for storing or shipping your JmGO system.
Limited Warranty
JmGO warrants that the product, in the course of its normal use, will for the
term defined below, be free from defects in materials and workmanship and will
conform to JmGO’s specification therefor. The term of your limited warranty is
for one year and this period shall commence on the purchase date appearing on
your purchasing receipt. Subject to the limitations specified above, your sole
and exclusive warranty shall be, during the period of warranty, the repair or
replacement of the product with an equivalent or better one.
