Step 1. Place the device in front of a flat white wall or curtain. We recommend that the center of the screen is level with the human eye.

This product supports a projection screen size of 70 – 110 in, with an optimal projection screen size of 100 in (16:9) at a wall/screen distance of 9.5 cm – 28 cm. Users can select the screen size and corresponding placement position that best suits their actual scenario.

  • Step 2. Connect the DCIN port and projector socket through an adapter and power cable, then confirm that the projector is powered on.
  • Step 3. Press the button on the top of the projector or the Luna key on the remote control to turn the projector on and enter the initial boot setup process. Follow the instructions to configure the projector network, screen, and other functionality to you can enjoy the best experience.

Projector Buttons, Ports, and Indicators >

Indicator Light & Push Switch Function >

The indicator will display a bright light while the projector is in Movie Mode The indicator will display a faint light while the projector is in Companion Mode When the project is on, quickly press the switch two times. The projector will shut down and the indicator will turn off.
Press the switch while the projector is off. The projector will turn on and enter Companion Mode. The indicator will display a faint light.

Remote Control >

Bluetooth Pairing >

The projector will automatically pair with the Bluetooth remote control after it has been turned on. If the remote control is replaced or fails to pair automatically, Bluetooth pairing must be done manually.
After the projector is turned on and enters the system, press and hold the Shortcut Center key and the Settings key for 2 seconds. The indicator light will flash white to enter Bluetooth pairing mode.
Go to Settings > Bluetooth, and search for Bluetooth device: Remote Control.
If the white light turns on for 2 seconds, the pairing successful, and there will be a corresponding prompt on the system interface. If the indicator light goes out, pairing failed and needs to pair again.
After Bluetooth pairing is successful, the indicator light will be white, and the voice function can be used. If the system prompts pairing, please follow the system instructions.

Switching Modes>

The projector can switch between different modes using the Luna key and Home key on the remote control.

  • Press the Luna key to switch between Movie Mode and Companion Mode.
  • Press and hold the Luna key to enter sleep mode. When the device is in sleep mode, press the Luna key again to exit sleep mode.
  • Press and hold the Luna key and Home key at the same time to show the shutdown menu. You can choose either shutdown, restart, or scheduled shutdown.

Projection Screen & Video Settings>

Press the Settings k ey on the remote control, then select Network/Bluetooth.
Wireless/Ethernet Connection

  • Select WLAN and enter the Wi-Fi password to connect to a wireless network.
    You can also select Ethernet Network for a cable connection. An Ethernet cable must be connected to the RJ45 port of the device.

Bluetooth Connection

  • Select Connect Bluetooth to connect Bluetooth devices such as speakers, headsets, keyboards, and mice.

Network/Bluetooth Settings >

Press the Settings key on the remote control, then select Projection Settings.

Focus Adjustment >

  • Whenever the mode or position of the projector changes while Autofocus is enabled, the focus will be adjusted whenever the user presses and holds the Settings Key on the remote control.
  • Users can manually adjust the focus by pressing the Focus Key on the side of the remote control.

Keystone Correction>

Whenever the mode or position of the projector changes while Automatic Keystone Correction is enabled, the projector will perform keystone correction to ensure the aspect ratio in 16:9.
Users can enter the Manual Keystone Correction page to perform corresponding operations.

Auto Brightness >

Go to Brightness and select Auto to make the projector automatically adjust the brightness of the screen whenever the ambient brightness changes. You can also select High Brightness, Standard, or Gentle options to manually adjust the brightness.

Press the Settings key on the remote control, then select Video Settings.

Wall Color Calibration >

When Wall Color Calibration is enabled, the projector will automatically Note: The color range that can be calibrated is 3500k – 13000k. The calibrated color range is 7000k- 9000k. The exact details according to the substance.

Other Video Settings >

Users can also configure more specialized video settings such as Image Noise Reduction, Low Latency Mode, Motion Compensation, HDR, and Color Temperature through the Video Settings.

Companion Mode>

The “Companion + Movie” modes create a parallel space that delivers innovative possibilities for home projection scenarios and interaction. Based on the principle of projector imaging, Companion Mode delivers the industry’s first borderless user interface (ul) and a light operating system (os) with all- scenario interactivity, natural integration into the home environment, and excellent practicality and aesthetics.

Users can switch between Companion Mode and Movie Mode by pressing the Luna key on the remote control. Different settings can be selected while in Companion Mode.

Content Source Selection & Screen Share/Projection Configuration >

Switching Video Signal Source
Press the Settings key on the remote control, then select Signal Source to enter the selection interface. Select HDMI ARC or HDMll to project external audio and video signal sources. Select Local to use the internal video software of the projection device to obtain audio and video resources from the network.
Screen Share/Projection Configuration
Connect the projector and your device (mobile phone, laptop, etc.) to the same network, then click the screen share function on Eshare to share/project the video to the projector.

Smart Functions >

Smart Eye Protection
When pets or children enter the vicinity of the laser path while Smart Eye Protection is active, the projector will greatly reduce the brightness to protect their eyes from harm.
You can enable this function from:
Settings > Projection Settings > Eye Protection Mode. When Eye Protection Mode is On, the projection screen will enter Low Blue Light Mode. When Eye Protection Mode is Automatic, the system will intelligently detect when children/education content is being played to enter Low Blue Light Mode.

Gesture Controls

When Gesture Operation is enabled, the user can perform Mute/Unmute and Pause/ Un Pause , through gestures.

Sound Mode>

Press the Settings key on the remote control, then select Audio Settings.

Audio Mode

Users can select different sound modes to enhance the look and feel of various audio and video sources.

Audio Output

Users can choose to use the speakers that come with the projector or more specialized speaker equipment through the SPDIF port. Adjust the SPDIF Delay parameter if audio is not synchronized with the video.

System Update>

This product supports both online and local updates.
Online Update: Head to Settings > System > Update Version. The system will automatically detect if your software is up-to-date. You will receive a prompt if the software is already the latest version. If your software is out-of- date, you will be asked if you wish to update it.
*Note: JMGO regularly releases software updates as continuous maintenance services. We may push software updates without prior notice to ensure users can enjoy up-to-date experiences and services.

Local Update: Download the software update package from the JMGO website, copy the file to the root directory of a hard disk or USB, then insert the hard disk or USB into the USB port on the projector body. Head to Settings > System

Update Version, then select Local Update. The system will automatically detect and install the update package.
*Note: Do not unplug the USB or cut off power during the update process.

JMGO opp is a mobile opp that enables multi-screen interaction with JMGO projectors through virtual touch controls and opens up a world of art and imagination through Companion Mode.
JMGO opp supports Intelligent Image Flattening with your mobile phone camera. Projecting onto an uneven surface may result in image distortion. This function provides quick image correction and auxiliary calibration.

Environmental Protection >

This Environment-Friendly Use Period (EFUP) label indicates that the device will not leak hazardous substances, which could cause harm to health or the environment, during 10 years of normal use. During normal use conditions, there will be no leakage or sudden change of hazardous substances, no serious pollution to the environment, and no serious damage to people or property. Shenzhen Holatek Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “JMGO”) formulates its after-sales policies in strict accordance with relevant laws and regulations to provide the “three guarantees” of repair, replacement, and return.

Warranty Policy

Service Period: The validity period of “three guarantees” commences from the date of purchase or the date of receipt of the package. If the product experiences a performance failure, the package must be returned within 30 days. The projector is guaranteed for l year.

Non-Warranty Policy

This product is not covered by warranty in the following circumstances: The validity period of “three guarantees” has been exceeded; maintenance, misuse, collision, negligence, abuse, liquid ingress, accident, alteration, disassembly, or improper use of accessories has been carried out without authorization from JMGO; quality problems have occurred due to the installation of unauthorized software; or labels, device serial numbers, or anti-counterfeiting labels have been destroyed or altered; the model of the “three guarantees” certificate does not match or the model of the damaged product, or has otherwise been altered; damage caused by force majeure; damage caused by use in environments that do not conform to the specifications of the product manual; damage caused by use in environments that do not conform to the specifications of the product manual; failure or damage caused by computer viruses, hacker intrusion, or other malicious intrusions; damage caused by the use of software that is not authorized by JMGO.

Three Guarantees Policy

Return or replacement will not be provided in the following circumstances: Damage caused by human action; missing or damaged packaging; or missing or damaged internal components. When Seeking for return or replacement, please return all provided accessories as well (including but not limited to product accessories, gifts, warranty cards, manual, etc.). To ensure a smooth return or replacement process, we recommend that you keep the outer packaging, accessories, and any free gifts provided with the products for 30 days from the date of receipt.
