Product Usage Instructions

Startup with SSDs or CFexpress card

  1. Remove the protective films of the thermal pad and paste them on the M.2 SSD.
  2. Install thermal silicon, M.2 SSD, and heatsink.
  3. Put the aluminum alloy radiator on two Rubber Rim.
  4. Insert the M.2 SSD card into the slot.
  5. Insert the transparent protective tube into the docking station.

Using A Brand New Hard Drive

If you are using a brand-new drive, you might have to initialize it before you can use it. Only initialize a disk if you are sure it is a brand new one without any of your data.

To initialize a disk:

  1. Open Computer Management >> Storage Disk Management.
  2. Right-click on the disk you want to initialize and select Initialize Disk from the drop-down menu.
  3. Ensure the correct disk is selected.

The drive is Connected but Missing in File Explorer

If the drive is connected but missing in File Explorer, follow these steps:

  1. Open Computer Management >> Storage Disk Management.
  2. Right-click on the disk marked as Offline and select Online from the drop-down menu.

  1. Install thermal silicon, M.2 SSD, and heatsink.

  3. Insert the M.2 SSD card into the slot
  4. Insert the transparent protective tube into the docking station
  5. Connect the power adapter. Connect the USB data cable to the computer.
    • Do not install any disks while the device is powered on or connected computer.
    • Please insert the CFexpress card label.

Using A Brand New Hard Drive

  • lf you are using a brand new drive, you might have to initialize it before you can use it.
