Product Usage Instructions
Startup with SSDs or CFexpress card
- Remove the protective films of the thermal pad and paste them on the M.2 SSD.
- Install thermal silicon, M.2 SSD, and heatsink.
- Put the aluminum alloy radiator on two Rubber Rim.
- Insert the M.2 SSD card into the slot.
- Insert the transparent protective tube into the docking station.
Using A Brand New Hard Drive
If you are using a brand-new drive, you might have to initialize it before you can use it. Only initialize a disk if you are sure it is a brand new one without any of your data.
To initialize a disk:
- Open Computer Management >> Storage Disk Management.
- Right-click on the disk you want to initialize and select Initialize Disk from the drop-down menu.
- Ensure the correct disk is selected.
The drive is Connected but Missing in File Explorer
If the drive is connected but missing in File Explorer, follow these steps:
- Open Computer Management >> Storage Disk Management.
- Right-click on the disk marked as Offline and select Online from the drop-down menu.

Using A Brand New Hard Drive
