Safety Information
Important safety information for both installer and user Installer:
Before starting the installation, read the safety instructions and product
manual carefully. Failure to read, thoroughly understand, and follow all
instructions can result in serious personal injury and damage to equipment!
User:
Please read the following safety information and operating instructions
carefully before using the product to ensure proper operation of the stand and
to avoid accidents.
Electrical Safety
Connect the stand only to a properly grounded outlet. Ensure that the stand
can be disconnected immediately from the socket. Only use the stand in dry
rooms, protect it from water and other liquids. Only wipe the stand with dry
cloth. Do not dismantle the stand. RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK. There are no user
serviceable parts inside. In case of dysfunction, unplug the stand from the
power outlet and contact an authorised technical service person. Do not
overuse the cable(s) or damage it in any other ways. Replace damaged cable(s)
immediately with new identical cable(s). The socket outlet must be easily
accessible if a power cable is to be used as a disconnect device. Disconnect
the power cable from the outlet before moving the product. The stand is not
drip or splash proof. Do not place any liquid objects on or spray the stand.
To reduce the risk of electric shock, always unplug the power cable before
cleaning.
Moving parts: keep body parts away from moving parts.
Disconnect power before dismantling and reconnect the power before
reassembling.
During use, ensure that there are no obstructions around the product so that
the person can escape if the product falls and causes hazard.
Mechanical safety
Always keep the product’s path free from obstacles. Before moving the stand
up or down, maintain a safety distance of at least 20cm/7.9 inches between any
part of the stand and any other element to avoid collision. If there is an
unexpected failure or breakdown, please stop operation, the stand will stop
immediately. Only move the stand on wheels on level and stable ground. Only
move the stand on level ground. Risk of tilting when passing doors, stairs,
uneven floor, etc. Serious risk of injury if the stand tips over. Always move
the stand with the screen in the lowest position. Do not push the Electric
Stand from the front or back of the lifting parts. Do not move the Electric
Stand by pushing on the screen. The bottom of the monitor or TV should be no
higher than 0.85m from the floor after installation. Keep fingers and other
parts of the body away from hazardous moving parts. Exceeding the weight
capacity may result in serious personal injury or damage to the equipment! It
is the installer’s responsibility to ensure that the total weight of all
accessories and equipment attached to the product, including the screen, does
not exceed the maximum load of 220lbs/100kg. Use with heavier screens may
cause instability resulting in overturning which could lead to death or
serious injury! The height adjustment function will not function properly if
the weight exceeds the specified maximum load. Installation, maintenance and
removal of the product should be carried out by trained and qualified
personnel.
Intended use of the product
The product is intended to be used for mounting and adjusting the height of
passive or interactive flat displays. The product is intended for indoor use
in classrooms, offices or meeting rooms at temperatures between 0°C and 40°C.
Please ensure that the indoor environment is dry and cool. Normal operating
humidity is 10%~90% RH. Do not use this product outdoors. The product is
intended for use by adults; children under the age of 16 should only use the
product under adult supervision. Duty cycle: 6 min on / 30 min off. The
Electric Stand motors are designed for intermittent use. Continuous or
prolonged use (more than 6 minutes) will cause the motors to overheat and the
safety system will switch off the motors. If this happens, allow the motors to
cool down for at least 30 minutes. The system will automatically return to
normal when the motors have cooled down.

Assembly Step
Step 1: Install castors
- Confirm that the castors are locked
Step 2: Install columns
Stack the white packaging foam in three layers, placing the base on the second
layer and the column on the top layer. Align the column with the holes in the
base to secure the screws and complete the column installation.
Requires two people to install.
Step 3: Install the wall mount and the control holder
- Back Side

Confirm the front and back directions of the base according to L1 and L2 lengths (L1>L2).

Step 4: Install the flip unit
At least two persons are needed at this step.
Step 5: Remove the plastic gasket
- Loosen the screw, discard plastic gaskets on both sides.
- Re-tighten the remaining screws on both sides.

- The cable with the green label must match the M3 port with the green label on the controller.
- Turn over the stand and then fix the cable.
Step 7: Install the wall mount bracket
Make sure the screws are locked.

Step 8: Initial setting
When using it for the first time, you need to press down the button 5s to reset. After the reset starts, the column automatically rebounds 7mm, which means reset is complete.
The socket connections of the unit and the wall socket must be easily accessible. Unplug before moving the product.

NOTE:
Once the reset has started, the columns will automatically drop to the lowest
position and then automatically bounce back 7mm to complete the reset. If it
drops to the bottom and bounces 50mm, it must be forced to reset. Press and
hold down the button for 10 seconds (if it drops to the bottom and bounces
50mm, press and hold down the button for 5 seconds to reset; if it drops to
the bottom and bounces 7mm, reset is complete). Use the controller to raise
the stand, check that it is working normally and that the length of the AC
cable is not too short.
Control Pad
- LED
There are four buttons on the Control Pad, corresponding to the UP Key, DOWN
key, Flip Vertical key (the button on the left) and Flip Horizontal key (the
button on the right) of the Control Panel.
As long as the buttons were pressed, the LED will light up.
The software of the Intelligent Panel
Step 1: Ensure that the interactive display is connected with the Electric Stand by USB cable.
