PRODUCT FUNCTION
Power ON:
- The ear hooks will automatically turn on, once removed from the case.
Power OFF:
- Earhooks will automatically turn off, once you put them back into the case.
Charging the Case:
- To charge the case plug in the USB Type-C charging cable and connect to a computer or wall charger.
- Using for the first time: It is recommended to fully charge the ear hooks in the charging case, for 1.5 full hours.
Charging the Earhooks:
- Remove the sticker before use. Place the ear hooks in the charging case. The red lights will flash slowly to indicate that the ear hooks are charging. The LEDs will turn off when fully charged.
- When both earhooks are fully charged, the charging case will turn off the charging function automatically and turn to standby.
Pairing a New Device:
- Remove the ear hooks from the case, this will automatically turn the ear hooks on. The blue LEDs will flash slowly to indicate their attempt to pair. Select “Maxell OWS” from your device’s Bluetooth list.
- Pairing will then begin automatically.
- The blue LEDs will turn off once successfully connected.
- No need to pair again, your Bluetooth device will auto-connect to the ear hooks for all future use.
Earhook Controls
- Pause/Play Music: Short press on either ear hook
- Volume +: Double-click on the right hook
- Volume -: Double-click on a left hook
- Next Track: Triple click left ear hook
- Previous Track: Triple click right ear hook
- Take and End call: Click on either earhook once during an incoming call.
- Reject a Call: Long press on either ear hook for two seconds. Once rejected, your music will automatically resume.
- Voice Function: Long press on either ear hook for two seconds.
- Solo: You can use either earhook separately in solo mode, just in case you want to hear and be aware of your surroundings. Just place either earhook back into the case and that earhook will turn off. The other earhook will remain on and play music.
WARRANTY
WARRANTY INFORMATION:
- Maxell warrants this product to be free from all defects for 90 days from the date of original purchase.
- This Warranty does not apply to normal wear or damage due to accident, abnormal use, misuse or neglect.
- This Warranty only applies to personal and individual use of the product and not for commercial, institutional or any other use.
- Any defective item will be replaced, at no charge, upon reasonable confirmation by Maxell of its defective condition, if returned with proof of purchase to an authorized Maxell dealer or directly to Maxell Warranty Replacement, 3 Garret Mountain Plaza, Suite 300, Woodland Park, New Jersey 07424. Neither Maxell nor any authorized Maxell dealer shall be liable for consequential damages arising from this Warranty unless otherwise provided by law.
