FEEDER ASSEMBLY

Take out the bowl

  • Take the bowl out and lift the hopper upwards, take out the Type-C charging cable, desiccant, manual, etc
    Feeder Assembly

Load in desiccant

  • Open the desiccant cap, put in the desiccant bag, and then close the cap.
    Load in desiccant

Insert batteries or power cable

  • Open the battery cover ① upward according to the indicated position, put in 3D-type batteries. Or, to use a DC power source, insert the Type-C power cable ②put the cable into the cable slot, and finally close the battery cover.

Note : The machine will automatically reset after 7 days of a power outage and all the data will be cleared.

Install the bowl

  • Install the bowl ③ into the base ④ in the direction of the arrow as shown in the figure below.

Install the hopper

  • Install the hopper into the feeder base from top to bottom according to the arrow shown in figure (1)(2).

Install the lid

  • First tilt the cover into the slot, as shown in (3), and then press “lock” to close the cover into place, as shown in (4).

Clean the hopper

  • Fix the base of the machine, lift the tank upward and remove from the base as shown in (5)(6).

Note: When powered by batteries, the screen turns off after about 10 seconds.

Button Description Instructions
Unlock/ Lock/Save
  1. In locked state, press button to unlock, the screen will display ‘l. indicating the unlocked state.
  2. Auto-Locks if idle for 1 minute in locked state; screen off (screen tunns off).
  3. Save current settings.

Note: Screen turns off on battery power.

| Manual Feed| In unlocked state, press to release one portion.
| Return| In unlocked state, press to return.
| Settings| In unlocked state, press to set up alarm –> Meal Plan –> portions release, and circles back.

Press to return at any point during setup.

| Reset| Hold both buttons for 3s until the red light turns on to reset to factory settings.
| U p / Dow n| Quick Meal Setting. In un ‘locked state, set Meal Plan -> Portions.

Steps for setting up device

Step 1- Set Up Alarm

Press  to unlock the panel.

Press to set up the current time.” 12 “on the hour blinks; press or hold or to go up or down.

After setting hour, press to set the minutes, press or hold or to go up or down.

AM/PM Settings

After setting hour/minute, press or  to choose AM/PM, then press again to save current time and proceed to next step.

Set Up Meal Plans and Portions

After the above settings, press or  to enter meal plan scheduling and portion setting.

Press or  to set up the time for meal 1-6, the corresponding meal number will blink.

Press and the” 12″ on hour will blink. Press or hold or to go up or down.

Press and the “00” at minite flashes, press or hold or to go up or down.

After hrs/mins settings, AM/PM flashes, press or to set AM/PM, then press again to save the alarm and enter the next step.

After setting up meal schedules, press @ , P – : 0 0 appears.

Press or to set the meals (1-6 meal); and press to save the current settings and go to the next schedule.

Note:

  1. Press to save during setup or   to return.
  2. To remove meal plans, go to the specific plan, and set portion to P – : 0 0 ..

FAQS

Q: Why don’t the feeder’s control panel buttons work?
A: Ensure it’s not locked. Press the “lock” button to unlock for use.

Q: Why is food dispensed unevenly?
A: Initially, portions may vary. It normalizes from the third dispensing.
Q: How to prevent food jams?

  1. Don’t compress food.
  2. Use food within size limit (2-12mm).
  3. Clean regularly to avoid clumps.

Q: What is the battery life on battery mode?

  1. Up to 180 days (Reference only)
  2. Requires 3 new, same-spec batteries.
  3. Battery life varies with temperature.
  4. Batteries as a backup when using power.

Q: What to do if pressing theIcon  button does not release food?

  1.  Check if there is still food left in the hopper.
  2. Ensure the outlet isn’t blocked.
  3. Food size should not exceed limit.

Q: What to do if I only set one meal?
A: Confirm Time/Meal/Portion and press to complete/save all settings.

Q: Quick return to main page?
A: Press until the screen stops changing.

Q: How to cancel or view a specific meal plan?

  1. In unlocked mode, press or to go to “1-6” settings
  2. Select meal and press to skip time to view portions.
  3. Reset P – : 0 1-P – : 0 8 to P – : 0 0 by pressing or to cancel the meal plan.

Q: Can it be used outdoors?
A: Recommended for indoor use to protect from rain and moisture.
