Product Usage Instructions
Installation Type A:
- Disconnect the power of the luminaire.
- Remove existing tube lamp(s):
- a. Remove diffuser (if provided)
- b. Remove existing fluorescent lamp(s)
- Check the Ballast Compatibility list.
- Select the desired color temperature by locating the switch on the back side of the tube.
- Install the LED tube(s):
- a. Align the power end of the LED with the powered tube socket and insert the LED lamp.
- b. Replace troffer lens if present.
- c. Attach replacement marking and cautionary label to a visible place on the luminaire after installation.
- Restore the power of the luminaire.
Installation Type B:

Disconnect the power of the luminaire.

Remove existing tube lamp(s):
- a. Remove troffer (if present)
- b. Remove existing fluorescent lamp(s)
- c. Remove ballast cover (secured with screws or tabs)

Select the desired color temperature by locating the switch on the back side of the tube.

Install the LED tube(s):

a. Align the power end of the LED with the powered tube socket, insert
the LED lamp, and rotate a quarter turn to lock it in place. -
b. Replace troffer lens if present.

c. Attach replacement marking and cautionary label to a visible place on the luminaire after installation.

Restore the power of the luminaire.
Dimming Installation
Warning: Dimming requires an additional external dimming module!!!
- Disconnect the power of the luminaire.
- Remove existing tube lamp(s):
- a. Remove troffer (if present)
- b. Remove existing fluorescent lamp(s)
- c. Remove ballast cover (secured with screws or tabs)
- Rewire and install the dimming module:
- a. Fix the dimming module with screws to the position of the originally installed ballast.
- b. Rewire according to the provided installation wiring diagram.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Can I clean the LED directly?
A: No, do not open the fixture to clean the LED. Clean only the lens with a non-abrasive cleaning solution.
Q: What are the color temperature options for this product?
A: The color temperature options are 3,500K, 4,000K, and 5,000K.
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
- Read instructions carefully before attempting to install a fixture.
- WARNING: You MUST check the ballast compatibility list before installing.
- WARNING: Risk of fire or electric shock. LED tube installation requires knowledge of luminaire electrical systems. If not qualified, do NOT attempt installation. A qualified electrician should perform all wiring.
- WARNING: Disconnect power before installing or servicing. This fixture must be wired under the National Electrical Code and applicable local codes and ordinances.
- WARNING: Make certain power is OFF before installing or maintaining the fixture. No user-serviceable parts inside.
- WARNING: Dimming requires an additional external dimming module!!!
- WARNING: Disconnect the power to avoid shock when the equipment is wet.
- WARNING: Check the ballast compatibility list before installing this tube to the fixtures with electronic ballast. Do NOT install this kit to the fixture if the ballast is not on the list. If the ballast is not on the list, bypass the ballast or confirm with the supplier.
- WARNING: If the tube is installed as Type B (bypass), the fixture will no longer operate fluorescent lamps.
- WARNING: Install this kit only in luminaires that have the construction features and dimensions shown in the photographs and drawings and where the input rating of the retrofit kit does not exceed the input rating of the luminaire.
- WARNING: Do NOT make or alter any open holes in an enclosure of wiring or electrical components during kit installation.
- WARNING: To prevent wiring damage or abrasion, do NOT expose wiring to the edges of sheet metal or other sharp objects.
- WARNING: This LED tube is accepted as a component of a luminaire where the suitability of the combination shall be determined by authorities having jurisdiction.
CLEANING & MAINTENANCE
CAUTION: Be sure the fixture temperature is cool enough to touch. Do NOT clean or maintain while the fixture is energized.
- Clean the lens with a non-abrasive cleaning solution.
- Do NOT open the fixture to clean the LED. Do NOT touch the LED.

- Select the desired color temperature by locating the switch on the back side of the tube.
- Install the LED tube(s).
- a. Read the label on the LED tube to ensure the power end of the LED is aligned with the powered tube socket. Then insert the LED lamp.
- b. Replace troffer lens, if present.
- c. After the modification is completed, attach the replacement marking and cautionary label to a visible place on the luminaire and keep it visible after installation.
- Restore the power of the luminaire.

CCT Selectable:
- Locate the switch on the back of the tube.
- CCT options: 3,500K / 4,000K / 5,000K
B: Note: The tube can work with single-end and double-end power inputs.

Remove ballast cover (cover may be secured with screws or tabs)

Select the desired color temperature by locating the switch on the back side of the tube.

Install the LED tube(s).
- a. Read the label on the LED tube to ensure the power end of the LED is aligned with the powered tube socket. Then insert the LED lamp by sliding the pins into the sockets and rotating a quarter turn until the LED tube locks in place.
- b. Replace troffer lens, if present.
- c. After the modification is completed, attach the replacement marking and cautionary label to a visible place on the luminaire and keep it visible after installation.

CCT Selectable:
- Locate the switch on the back of the tube.
- CCT options: 3,500K / 4,000K / 5,000K
DIMMING DIAGRAM

- Disconnect the power of the luminaire.
- Remove existing tube lamp(s).
- a. Remove troffer (if present)
- b. Remove existing fluorescent lamp(s)
- c. Remove ballast cover (cover may be secured with screws or tabs)
- Rewire and install the dimming module.
- a. Remove the ballast, fix the dimming module with screws to the position of the originally installed ballast.
- b. Rewire according to the above installation wiring diagram.
- Note: The dimming module should be connected well to the ground.
- c. Install the ballast cover, make sure that all of the wires and dimming modules are in the cover.
- Insert the LED tube according to the label on the LED tube to ensure that the lamp and dimming module can work together. A qualified electrician should perform all wiring.
- Once the tube is locked in place, it is fully installed.
- Replace the troffer lens if present.
- a. After the modification is completed, attach the replacement marking and cautionary label to a visible place on the luminaire and keep it visible after installation.
- Restore the power of the luminaire.
