- This device supports Microsoft dynamic lighting.
- This device only supports firmware update with USB cable connects. We do not support firmware update with 2.4G USB receiver. If you want to access additional features through software, ensure that the mouse is connected via USB cable.
- To avoid wireless signal interference:
- Do not install the USB receiver close to another USB receiver.
- Ensure that the USB receiver is connected to a USB connector which is close to the mouse. You may use the extension adapter to get a better and stable connection.
- Ensure that there is no obstacle between the mouse and the USB receiver.
