Wireless Remote Shutter Instructions

  1. Use for the First Time
    Please pull out the insulation sheet of the remote shutter first, then start to use the remote shutter normally.

  2. Turn On/Off:
    Press and hold the camera button on the remote shutter for 3 seconds to turn the remote on or off. The green indicator light flashes slowly when the remote is on and not connected. If there’s no connection for 3 minutes, the remote will sleep, to press remote button once to active it.

  3. Connect via Bluetooth:
    Turn on the remote shutter and go to your phone’s Bluetooth settings. Search for and connect to “SYNCWIRE” Bluetooth name.
    Once fully connected, the remote indicator light will turn off. it will automatically connect to phone next time when turn it on.

  1. Taking Pictures and Videos with the Remote Shutter
    After remote device connected, please open your phone camera manually and press the remote button once to take a picture. Or select the video option manually, then press the remote button once to start recording. And press the button again to stop recording video.

  2. Low Battery & Replacing Cell Battery
    Remote could not open or will be red light flashing when it is low battery.
    Note: * The new tripod already comes with a new cell battery.

Replacing Cell Battery:
Take remote off first, then use a coin or other tools to rotate the back cover to “unlock” direction, then turn remote upside down and gently tap the back cover to remove cover and replace with a new battery.
Finally put back the cover and rotate it to lock the cell battery well.

  1. Take off the remote shutter
  2. Unlock the back cover
  3. Remove cover and replace with a new battery
  4. Lock the battery cover

About Android System Phones Connection:

Some Android phones use phone volume button to control camera or zoom. Please reset on phone camera settings, find volume key function, set the volume key function to shutter. (Do not select zoom or focus.)

Solutions When Remote control Failed to Connect with Phone

  1. Clear some paired device when your phone Bluetooth have connected with too many devices.
  2. Remove battery then put battery back again, try to turn remote on again.
  3. Turn on phone Bluetooth, and turn on remote control, when “SYNCWIRE” is found on the mobile phone, click “connect”; When “connecting/pairing” is displayed on the interface, press remote button continuously and quickly to connect.
  4. Remote control only supports mobile camera, but could not control live APP or other APPs.

Step 1 Open and Adjust Selfie Stick Tripod.

Tripod Mode
First, slightly unlock the 3 legs on the bottom to active the tripod legs; Then pull out the whole extendable stick pole, the tripod will fully open automatically (similar to an umbrella structure). Finally, put the fully opened tripod on flat surface and adjust the extendable pole height to find best shooting position.
Note: *Please do not pull the 3 legs directly to open the tripod.

  • Be careful not to pinch vour fingers.

Selfie Stick Mode
Just pull out the extendable pole to use as Selfie Stick.

Step 2 Open & Rotate Phone Holder
Loosen the knob to rotate phone holder to find suitable angle then fasten the knob; so that you can easily attach phone device on.
Note: Rotate the cell phone clip to the same side as the remote button for more convenient use.

Step 3 Attach Phone Device on Holder

Using Phone Holder Clip
Open the phone holder clip and attach phone device on; then rotate phone holder to suitable angle. 360 °Free Rotation

OR Using Magnetic Attraction Phone Holder

Make sure the cell phone clip is closed, then attach phone on magnetic attraction phone holder. You can rotate phone holder for 360 °Free Rotation.
*Please check your phone model first then use metal ring according to demands;

First clean phone or phone case with cleaning wipe, then paste the metal ring on the back of phone or non-magnetic case, finally to attach phone device on magnetic attraction phone holder.

Note:

  1. To better protect your phone, please paste the metal ring on the back of phone case.
  2. Please notice that frosted phone cases or phone case without flat surface will not be recommended to adhere metal ring on.
