Instructions for Use
- Press and hold the button to tum on the device; lights will tum on and music will start to play.
- Press and hold the button for 2-3 seconds to tum off the device.
- When the device is on, press the SPEED button to adjust speed levels from 1 to 9.
- When the device is on, press the MODE button for the following modes: P01 for single-player mode; P02 for two-player mode; P03 for Bluetooth mode.
*For Bluetooth devices, look for a device name starting with “Boxing Target”; open your phone’s settings to connect to the device via Bluetooth, and you can play music from your phone. - When the device is on, press the button to adjust the volume from levels 1 to 9.
Installation Instructions
Installation Method One
- First, peel off the double-sided tape from the top half of the EVA pad.
- Stick the EVA pad onto the back of the product, ensuring it is aligned.
- Peel off the double-sided tape from the bottom half of the EVA pad.
- Position it correctly and firmly stick it to the wall.
Installation Method Two
- Align the adhesive sanding pad with the back of the product.
- Peel off the double-sided tape from the top half.
- Position it correctly, align it with the wall, and firmly stick it in place.

Please secure the product to a sturdy and reliable wall surface. When striking, hit within the designated hitting area. Do not strike the edge or comer areas to prevent injury to the hands or damage to the equipment.

This product is suitable for adults. Children should use it under adult supervision.

Beginners should not strike with excessive force to avoid injuring their hands.
Safety should be the primary concern during exercise; kicking and knee strikes are strictly prohibited. -
Do not strike the speaker area.

lf the equipment cannot power on or is functioning abnormally, check if the battery is low and charge it in time. Charging should not exceed 8 hours, and if the product is not in use for long periods, it is recommended to charge it once every 1-2 months.
