PRODUCT INSTRUCTION
These solid risers provide a raised surface to eliminate contact of large- diameter riser bases from hitting the top surface of the upper fork bracket.
A FACTORY SERVICE MANUAL WILL HELP PERFORM THIS INSTALLATION. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO PERFORM THIS INSTALLATION IF YOU ARE NOT CONFIDENT IN YOUR ABILITY TO COMPLETE ALL OF THE STEPS IN THE PROCEDURE; CONSULT A TRAINED TECHNICIAN. IMPROPER INSTALLATION COULD RESULT IN SERIOUS INJURY OR DEATH.
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTION

Remove risers and handlebars as needed to get access to riser bushings.

Remove existing riser bushings.
Note: Use red thread locker on all threads for risers. Torque riser nuts/bolts 30–40 ft-lbs.
Warning:- If using riser studs, make sure they are threaded all the way into the risers!
- If using bolts, it is recommended they thread into risers at least 1”, ½” minimum.

The thicker bushing goes on the top and should stand 1/16” higher than the top surface of fork bracket.

Reinstall risers and handlebars per manufacturer recommendation.
NOTE: No warranty coverage is provided by Kodlin that is due to improper installation or lack of maintenance. Periodic maintenance and inspection are required. It is the installer’s responsibility to ensure that all the fasteners are tightened before operation of the motorcycle. We recommend following the Mfg.’s torque specs.
