Thank you for purchasing our product. It supports FM automatic tuning, uses flash disk and TF card as carriers, supports playing with MP3/WMA/WAV formats, and supports Bluetooth connection for playing music. Adopting an advanced audio processing chip, it has a smooth audio playing effect. To give to the full play of the excellent performance of the device, please read the user’s manual carefully prior to use

Panel Control

Basic operation

1. Pause playing/Mute

2. In Radio mode, press the key to enter the Mute state, and press it again to lift from the Mute state.

3. In Radio mode, press the key to pause playing, and press it again to resume playing.

4. In Bluetooth mode, press the key to control the mobile phone to pause playing a title, and

5. Press it again to control the mobile phone to resume playing the title.

6. Upward title selection/Downward frequency search/Volume decrease

7. In the Radio state, press “V+” to search downwards for radio stations in a semi-automatic way, and hold it to decrease volume.

8. In MP3 playing state, press “V+” to select a title upwards, and hold it to decrease volume.

9. Power on/off

   • After the power cable is connected, press the key to turn on the device, and press it again to turn it off.

12. In the MP3 playing state, press “V-” to select the next title downwards, and press it to increase volume. A continuous “beep” sound will be heard when maximum volume reaches.

13. Mode switch

    • In the power-on state, press the key to select between modes- radio-BT-USB-TF card – in a loop, and different sounds in English will be heard to prompt the current status when the mode is changed each time.

14. Status indicator

    • In Radio mode, the green light flickers after the device enters the Mute state. In Music Playing mode, green light and blue light flicker simultaneously after the device enters a pause playing state. After Bluetooth mode is selected, blue light flickers rapidly when the main unit is waiting for connection, and blue light flickers after the connection is successful and the device enters a pause playing state.
      In any mode, the color of the status indicator changes alternatively after the device works for 10 seconds continuously.

15. USB/TF card port

    • After a flash disk/F card is stored with files in MP3 format, the device enters a USB/TF card playing state automatically.

Bluetooth Operation

Bluetooth pairing:

1. Turn Bluetooth on the player and the cell phone; scan the player on the cell phone, connect via Bluetooth when MT486 shows on the cell phone.
2. When the player isn’ † connected via Bluetooth, the BT symbol on the player flashes; when the player is connected via Bluetooth, the BT symbol on the player doesn’ t flash.
3. When the cell phone has scanned the player and the music player on the cell phone is turned on, it plays via Bluetooth automatically.
4. The default pairing password is 0000. When paired, the player beeps once, and you can start the music player to play via Bluetooth.
5. When exits the Bluetooth, the player beeps twice.

Direction for installation:

1. Before installing the main unit, connect the power cable and spot-lamp cable on the main unit as per the diagram, and listen to the sound effects for trial.
2. After running of main unit is ideal, fix the main unit on the motorcycle.

Installation of the main unit

1. Put on the main unit of the device as illustrated in the diagram, point the screw right at the hole, and fasten the screw.
2. Connect the power cable, cable plug, and radio cable to the motorcycle properly as per the wiring diagram.
3. Do not connect the device to power before the wiring work is finished.
4. Make sure that any exposed power source should be insulated to prevent from any possible short circuit with the frame. Tie all cables properly and prevent any terminal of cables from contacting with any metal part.
5. After the installation of the main unit is over, run it for trial. After the effect for trial is ideal, arrange the cables properly so that they won’ + break or fall off, for which may affect use of the device later on
