Basic Operation

1. Down to choose song/ increase volume/ answer

2. In the start state, short press the button to choose station by high-end semi-automatic, or long press the button to increase the volume.

3. In the start-up state of MP3, press the button to choose the next song; or long press the button to increase the volume.

4. When call comes in under the situation of Bluetooth connection with cellphone, answer it by short pressing the button, press the button to switch to the cellphone when talking and short press again to back the host. Long press to increase volume.

5. Display screen
   Display the radio frequency and current play information.

6. Power on-off button
   Power on, short press button to turn on, then short press again to turn off.

7. Silent/ pause

8. Short press button to the silent mode, and then short press to remove the silent mode under the radio or AUX status.

9. In the USB, SD, BT status, short press button to pause, and press again to remove to recover.

10. Up to choose song/ decrease volume/ shut off

11. In the start state, short press the button to choose station by low-end semi-automatic, or long press the button to decrease the volume.

12. In the start status of MP3, press the button to choose the previous song; or press and hold the button to decrease the volume.

13. When call comes in or during calling under the situation of Bluetooth connection with cellphone, hang it up by short pressing the button. Long press to decrease volume.

14. USB Socket

15. Insert the USB with music to enter USB play

16. Charge cell phone by connecting the host with cellphone by data cable.

17. Socket of TF card
    Insert TF card with music in correct direction to enter TF card play.

18. Bluetooth microphone
    When talking by Bluetooth, voice comes to microphone.

19. AUX Socket
    It is used for external audio input.

20. Mode switch/ clock button

21. Short press mode when starting: Switch among radio, USB, SD card, AUX and BT Note: Host jump to next mode directly if no SD card, USB, AUX.

22. When starting, long press CLK to show time, quit in 5 seconds automatically, long press CLK when showing for 2 seconds, 00 clock flashes (on a 24-hour basis), adjust hour by the button of choosing songs up and down. Short press CLK again till the button flashes and adjust minute by volume button. after that, long press CLK to identify and display time, quit clock after waiting 5 seconds.

23. Automatic lock/ choose station

24. In the radio status, long press the button to search station automatically and store it.

25. After searching station automatically and storing it, short press the button to choose the stored station over and over again

Bluetooth Operation

1. 1. Matching of phone and host
   Firstly, approach the phone to host and open the Bluetooth of the phone, then, find the Bluetooth name of the host “MT489” (password: 0000) with the phone for connection.
   2. Dialing with Bluetooth
   After Bluetooth connection, press “MODE” button to switch to “BT” status and dial by cellphone.
   3. Answering calls with Bluetooth
   After Bluetooth connection, when phone calls in, answer it by pressing the button “ ” on the panel, short press button” ” to change the voice, and short press panel button to switch between cellphone and host. when the call is over, press the button” ” on the panel to hang up.
   4. Bluetooth music playing
   After Bluetooth connection, short press panel button” “to play music that connected to Bluetooth, press again to pause, press button” , “a… ” to choose songs up and down.

Step to install host:

1. Firstly, withdraw the fix screw in motor handle as point(4) in the following picture;
2. Match the lower bracket hole as point(7) with the screw hole with drawled firstly, and back to fix screw in motor handle with drawled firstly and lock it tightly;
3. Match the fix screw hole of mounting bracket and host as point (8) with other two screw holes of lower mounting bracket as point (7),Insert the parts and fix screws as point(6)(5) and lock tightly
4. Completed the Installation.
   

Use the product properly to avoid dangerous accident, please strictly observe the following guidelines:
Serviceable tools: Hex wrench, tie strap

1. Before installation, read and understand all the instruction procedures . Park your vehicle on the firm and flat ground, and turn off the ignition device. Till it cooling.

2. Cover fuel tank and front fender with service lid or soft and clean blanket.

3. Decide the place where to install the wired control unit, and make sure there’s enough space for the sound installation.
   Remove the socket head cap screws from the installation brackets of the main unit, pull apart (diagram) and fit the brackets onto the handlebar, and secure them with the socket head cap screws.

4. Get on the vehicle and adjust the sound device properly.
   Notes: Loudspeaker should be put towards driver’s head to get best sound.

5. Turn handlebar left and right till park completely, and make sure there’s enough space between sound and fuel tank, panel and other parts .

6. Adjust the sound equipment and fixture as needed to ensure sufficient clearance.

7. Tighten the screws that fix the mounting bracket

8. The circuit of sound equipment is arranged along the handle to the neck; Fix the wire with the cable ties provided.

9. Remove seat and / or side cover (depending on model) to facilitate battery removal and assembly.

10. Connect the power cord with the fuse to the battery terminal. The green conducting wire is the earth wire , which needs to be connected to the negative terminal of the battery. The internal fuse red wire is the power cord, which needs to be connected to the positive terminal of the battery. Connect black wire to ACC ignition.

11. Fix the battery terminal and install the battery in accordance with the original position.

12. The power harness under the fuel tank is arranged in accordance with the handlebar. Use the harness strap from the hardware kit to fix the harness away from fulcrums, extreme high-temperature and moving components.

13. Please refer to the wiring diagram to connect the harness correctly.

14. Bind all the wires together with harness strap. The fixed position must keep distance from moving components , fulcrums and extreme high-temperature. Fix the antenna to the selected position with cable ties .

15. Sound equipment installation completed.

Common faults and machine maintenance

1. The power supply fuse is burnt out
