The applicable voltage is 220-240V, ~50/60Hz. For safety reasons, it is not appropriate to connect multiple devices to one power outlet.

Do not use different types of accessories (e.g. for mixing and whipping) at the same time.

To prevent motor overheating the maximum time of continuous operation is 10 minutes. After this period, switch the device off and allow it to cool to room temperature – 10 minutes at least.
USAGE
- Make sure that the device is disconnected from the power supply.
- Insert beaters or hooks into slots in the housing. Beater attachments can be inserted parallel, and the dough hooks should be inserted so that the hook with the disc can be placed in the right-hand slot. Make sure the beaters or the dough hooks are inserted properly.
- After inserting the beaters or the dough hooks into slots connect the device to the power supply. The power indication lamp will be light blue. To avoid splashing immerse the beaters or the dough hooks into the food mixture before operating the device. Slide the speed control to the desired speed. Speed “0” means switch off, and speed “5” means maximum rotation of attachments.
- After finishing the use set the speed control to position “0” and unplug the device from the electric power.
- Press the button to remove the beaters or dough hooks.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
- Unplug the device from the power supply before cleaning it.
- Remove the beaters or the hooks before cleaning them in water with washing-up liquid. Do not wash in dishwashers.
- Wipe the mixer body with a kitchen towel or soft cloth. Do not use abrasive materials to clean the device.
- Don’t immerse the mixer body in water or other liquids.
