Product Usage Instructions

1. Select the appropriate plug size based on the diameter of the hole (4 mm to 22 mm).
2. Ensure that the plugs are made of aluminum and the mandrel is made of stahl verzinkt.
3. Check the pressure requirements of the application and ensure that it does not exceed 1800 bar.
4. Use the product for holes in aluminum, cast iron, and steel housings, as well as transmissions.

Avseal® Sealing plugs are suitable for fast and safe sealing of boreholes in applications where fluids such as water, oils and gases are used for control, lubrication and thermal management. They significantly improve quality and safety in demanding applications and simplify both borehole preparation and assembly. The aluminum sleeve expands radially within the borehole creating a secure seal, but without damaging the internal surface of the component.

The Avseal® setting process is faster and more reliable than other methods. It requires no torque adjustment on mounting tools, no thread generation and offers significant overall cost savings compared to conventional thread plugs .
