This device has a rechargeable battery. It must be fully charged before first use.
NOTE: Charge the battery of the device every 2–3 month if it is not used!

Charging

Before first use, fully load the battery with the included original Micro USB charging cable. Plug the charging cable into the Micro USB slot of the speaker, and the other end into a USB slot of PC or USB slot of a charger (5V/500mA, not included). The RED LED indicates the charging of the speaker. When the speaker is fully charged, the RED LED turns off. (We recommend to turn off the speaker while charging, otherwise it will take a longer time.) Charge the speaker at least 3 hours before first use and charge the battery of the speaker every 2–3 month, when not used!
Note: Speaker says when battery is about 5%–10% and turns down the volume to extend the working time. Depending on use, the speaker turns itself off after it has said “Battery Low”. If the device turns off automatically, turn it back on and it will play music for several minutes. Please charge in time to be free from power socket.

Forth/Volume up: Short press to move to next track. Long press to increase

volume. (max. volume)
④| Play/Pause/Mode: Short press to play or pause. Under Bluetooth mode, to receive incoming calls. Long press to change from Bluetooth to MicroSD card or AUX. Under Bluetooth mode, to reject incoming calls.
⑤| Charging indicator
⑥| Light show controller: Short press to transfer light show mode (it can display 6 different light show modes). Long press to turn on/off LEDs.

⑧| Back/Volume down: Short press to go back to last track. Long press to decrease volume.
⑨| Power on/off: Keep pressing the key 2 seconds to turn on/off the speaker. The BLUE LED is shining when the speaker is under power.

Bluetooth Mode

Turn on speaker. Bluetooth works spontaneously, searching previous pairing Bluetooth set. If the speaker fails to link, it starts pairing other Bluetooth devices. In this case, turn on your Bluetooth device to search the speaker. Bluetooth pairing name “MusicMan BTX26”. Music streams after pairing successfully. The BLUE LED is flashing fast when no Bluetooth device is connected. If there is a Bluetooth device connected to  theBT-X26, the BLUE LED shines continuous. The BLUE LED starts flashing slowly when music is going to be played.

MicroSD card Mode

Turn on the speaker, plug in MicroSD card in the slot. Music playback starts automatically.
Press the key to play/pause. Press the key to go back to last track or decrease volume; press the key to move on to next track or increase volume.

AUX Mode

Plug one end of 3.5mm AUX cable into the AUX slot of the speaker, and plug the other end into the audio slot of your mobile phone, Smartphone, Notebook, Tablet PC, MP3 Player etc. The speaker switches to the AUX mode automatically

Hands-free function

Your Bluetooth device (e.g. mobile phone) is connected with the BT-X26. When there is an incoming call, you can short press to accept the call. To hang up the call, short press the button again. To reject the call long press the button longer than 2 seconds.

Light Show

The Soundstation supports 6 different light show modes. By pressing the button ⑥ short you can switch between the different modes. By long pressing the button ⑥ the light show can be turned off or on.

Warnings

  • If the speaker does not turn on after switching it on, or it turns off after turning it on, check whether the battery is fully charged. If it is OFF power, get it fully charged and try again later. (We suggest charging the speaker once a week if it is not used for a long time.)
  • Only charge the speaker through the DC 5V Micro USB port by using the provided original Micro USB charging cable. You also can use an USB charging adapter but ONLY (!) up to DC 5V/500mA. Do not (!) charge the speaker with more power!
  • When the speaker works under AUX–IN mode, do not (!) increase the volume of your mobile phone, PC, MP3/MP4 Player, CD, DVD etc. to a large extend. A sound distortion may occur. In that case, decrease volume either of mobile phone, PC, MP3/MP4 Player, CD, DVD or the speaker. The sound gets normal soon.
  • If the speaker fails to link to your mobile device or if it fails to play music after being connected, the user shall check if your mobile device supports A2DP.
  • Do not attempt to disassemble the speaker, it may result in short-circuit or even damage.
  • Do not drop or shake the speaker, it may break internal circuit boards or mechanics.
  • Keep the speaker in dry and ventilated environment. Avoid high humidity and high temperature. Also batteries should not be exposed to excessive heat or direct sunlight.
  • This speaker is not water resistant; therefore keep it away from moisture.
  • Keep the speaker away from little children.

Security and Disposal Hints for Batteries: Hold children off batteries. When a child swallowed a battery go to a doctors place or bring the child into a hospital promptly! Look for the right polarity (+) and (–) of batteries! Always change all batteries. Never use old and new batteries or batteries of different types together. Never short, open, deform or load up batteries! Risk of injury! Never throw batteries into fire! Risk of explosion!

Recycle-iconHints for Environment Protection: Packages materials are raw materials and can be recycled. Do not disposal old devices or batteries into the domestic waste.
Cleaning: Protect the device from contamination and pollution (use clean drapery). Avoid using rough, coarse-grained materials or solvents/aggressive cleaner. Wipe the cleaned device accurately.
Important Notice: Should battery fluid leak from a battery, wipe the battery case with a soft cloth dry.
