See below for step-by-step instructions on how to connect a new Wireless Genie Mini.
Before you begin, please make sure your Wireless Genie Mini is placed at least four (4) feet away from the Wireless Video Bridge. The Wireless Video Bridge was set up during your installation.
If prompted, program your remote by following on screen instructions.
Return your non-working Mini. No need to pack anything unless you choose to — but you can use the box your replacement was shipped in. Return the equipment within 21 days to avoid a non-return fee of $45.
