Solution 1: Check your cables

Make sure your TV and your receiver are both on.

Unplug the end of the power cord connected to the back of your receiver and plug it back in. Make sure it’s securely connected.

Unplug the other end of your receiver’s power cord that’s plugged into the electrical outlet and plug it back in.
Note: If the electrical outlet is controlled by a wall light switch, make sure the switch is on. If your receiver is plugged into a power strip, make sure the power strip is on. -
Press the Power button on the front panel of your receiver.

Solution 2: Check the electrical outlet
- Test the electrical outlet your receiver is plugged into by trying another device or appliance. If the appliance turns on and off, you may have a problem with the outlet.
- Plug your receiver into an outlet you know is working properly.
- Press the Power button on the front panel of your receiver.
