How to Pair

Take out the 2 headsets from charging base, they will power on automatically and will connect each their automatically within 10 seconds.

The two earbuds flash red and blue alternately (Pairing mode).

Search for pairing name [TOZO-T6] and select it in your mobile phone.
Another method of Turning on &Turning off
Turn on:
Tap and hold the Touch Control on both earbuds for over 3 seconds.
Turn off:
1. Touch the Control button 5 seconds will turn off when earbuds in playless
status.
2. The earbuds will turn off automatically after it is disconnected for more
than 5 minutes.
Reset
If your earbuds fails to pair each other,or If you accidentally get only one earbud paired with phone, please reset to factory settings as per instructions below:
- Delete all TOZO-T6 records on the phone, then turn off the Bluetooth.
- Take out the earbuds from charging case, wait till two earbuds flash red and blue alternately, then tap both of earbuds 3 times quickly, earbuds will turn off, reset done.
- Put earbuds back into the charging case, and take earbuds out again, now turn on the phone’s Bluetooth and choose [TOZO-T6].

- Put the earbuds into the charging case, they will power off & be charged automatically. When the red LED lights up, it means that the earbuds are being charged from charging case.
- The red light will turn off when the earbuds are fully charged

Please use the 5V/1A adapter to charge the charging case, which can be charged with a computer USB or other USB interface charger.

Charging Warning
Don’t tap the earbuds Touch Control while in charge , otherwise it will be fail to pair. Then you should follow the reset to factory settings.

1. Q: Failed charging of the charging case.
A: Make sure the charging cable is intact and plugged in properly.
2. Q:Two devices named “TOZO-T6″are found.
A: Delete both names and search again.
3. Q: Sound is unclear.
A: Increase the volume slowly on your phone and earbuds and keep them close to
each other.
4. Q: Why cannot hear voice?
A: 1. Ensure both earbuds have been turned on.
2.Turn up the phone’s volume to the maximum setting.
3.Try to tap the touch control once to play music.

How do I charge the earbuds?
The earbuds are charged via the charging case.
How long does it take to charge the earbuds?
It takes about 1 hour to fully charge the earbuds.
How long does it take to charge the charging case?
It takes about 3 hours to fully charge the charging case.
How long does it take for a full charge?
The earbuds can play music for about 3 hours on a full charge, and the charging case can fully charge both earbuds for about 4 times.
How do I know when the earbuds are fully charged?
When you see both earbuds flash red and blue alternately, they are fully charged.
What if I want to use only one of the earbuds?
You can disconnect one of them from your phone by pressing and holding its control button for 5 seconds. Then you can connect it to your phone again when you need it.
Why do my earbuds disconnect sometimes?
This may happen if you have not paired them correctly with your phone or if
there is a problem with your phone’s Bluetooth connection. Please try turning
off your phone’s Bluetooth and then turn it back on again and try connecting
your earbuds again. If this does not work, please restart your phone and try
again. If you still have problems with your connection, please contact our

Can I wear my Tozo T6 in the shower?
The earbuds and case both come equipped with a nano-coating that makes this possible. While we can’t recommend them for swimming, you can feel fine about getting them soaked in water or sweat
How do I turn up the volume on my TOZO Earbuds?
Level on the right one you have to click and hold as you can see we can increase volume level. And to decrease. Make it on the left one so click and hold.
Why are my TOZO earbuds so quiet?
It’s important that your headphone jack is clean. Any dirt, grime, or pocket lint can stick to the headphone jack which can cause interference with the audio signal, thus warping the sound or making it sound too quiet. Simply use a cloth or cotton bud damped with rubbing alcohol and wipe away any debris you see.
Why is one of my TOZO earbuds not working?
The two earbuds have to reset at a same time. (With press for 5 seconds to turn off earbuds, release the hand, then press both earbud`s button at a same time and hold for 15 Seconds until purple light flash twice, reset done.)
How do I put my TOZO-T6 in pairing mode?
Tap the word “Bluetooth” beneath the Bluetooth symbol in the menu to open the Bluetooth options. That will open the Bluetooth menu. Tap the name of your Tozo headphones to pair them with your Android device.
