Assembly Instructions
Before Starting the Installation
- For best result, Auto-Mow recommend having the garage installed on concrete, brick, or similar flat and hard surface.
- If installed on grass, Auto-Mow recommends that you put small bricks below on all 4 corners, to support the garage, and to make sure the garage will not sink into the ground.
Step-by-Step Assembly
- Use 8 pcs of Screw C to build the house.
- Use 4 pcs of Screw C and 6 pcs of Screw D to build the roof.
- Use 8 pcs of Screw E to build the hinges H.
- Put the ducking station and the robot inside and adjust the wire. Please see next page for page 5 explanations.
- Used 3 pcs of screw D to build the roof cap.
- Used 2 pcs of screw M and 2 pcs metal plates N to fix the mechanic.
- Used 2 pcs of screw L to add the White PVC sign if you need.
- Adjust the level feet below the garage, so the port does not touch the ground/grass.
Adjustment of Garage Door Mechanism
- Place the docking station and Robot Mower in the center of the garage.
- Fit the mechanism into the garage and adjust the 2 center poles, so it will match the robot size and docking station. At the top of the side panels you will be able to adjust the mechanism forward or backward. These adjustments will help you achieve a perfect fit for your Robot Mower.
- Open the door so it is horizontal, and use the wire to connect the mechanism to the door. The mechanism must be in a forward position towards the door, as shown in the picture. Use the adiuster to tiahten the wire to the door.
- Test: Try to make the robot dock now, and if it is successful then the installation is done.
Troubleshooting
- If the door can’t open or close completely:
- Please first check the feet leveler under the garage.
- If the door can’t close:
- Go back to step 3 and adjust the mechanism’s angle farther towards the door since it then needs a longer push on the rods to close completely.
- If the door does not open completely:
- Go back to step 3 and adjust the mechanism’s angle to be farther towards the docking station.
- If the door still doesn’t open/lock:
- Go back to step 2 and readjust the mechanism at the top of the side panels to a better position.
