How can I charge Tune Active?
You can charge your Tune Active by using the USB cable. Plugin the charging
cable to a charging port. Once fully charged, the LED will turn white. Note:
Use only the included cable to charge your device.
How long does it take for Tune Active to get charged?
It takes 1.5 hours for Tune Active to get charged.
How long does the battery last in Tune Active?
The playtime of Tune Active is up to 10 hours.
Getting Started
How do I pair my Tune Active Bluetooth earphones with my mobile device?
- Long press the MFB until you hear the pairing prompt.
- Turn on your device’s Bluetooth.
- Select Tune Active on your smartphone.
- A connected prompt indicates it has been paired with your smartphone.
Can I pair two devices with my Tune Active at the same time?
Yes, you can pair two devices with your Tune Active. Connect Tune Active with
device 1. Turn off the Bluetooth of device 1. Restart your neckband and wait
for the Pairing prompt. Connect Tune Active with device 2. Turn on the
Bluetooth of device 1. Now both the devices are connected with Tune Active.
Troubleshooting
Only one bud is working, what do I do?
Check if the non-working earbud is charged and try to reset the earbuds to
connect them. If it still doesn’t work, please raise a support ticket at
support.gonoise.in
How to reset Tune Active?
Before resetting, make sure the earbuds are charged. Press both the volume
controls buttons for 5 seconds. The LED will flash red, indicating that the
earbuds are reset and ready to be paired again.
