Product Usage Instructions

If you are experiencing difficulty connecting the microphone with the receiver, you can try resetting the devices by following these instructions:

  1. Make sure both the microphone and receiver are powered on.
  2. Locate the reset key on both the microphone and receiver. It is a small pin-sized button.
  3. Using a pin or similar tool, quickly poke the reset key twice on both the microphone and receiver.
  4. The indicator lights on both devices will flash quickly, indicating that they are resetting.
  5. After resetting, the devices will automatically pair with each other, and the indicator lights will stay on.

  • Q: What should I do if there is no sound in the recorded video?
  • A: Please confirm below 4 situations:
  1. Confirm whether the connection is successful: The indicator lights of the microphone and receiver are always on, which means the connection is successful. Only when the connection is successful can the recording sound be started?
  2. This microphone supports Mute on (Blue light is on the microphone) and the Mute off (green light is on the microphone), make sure the green indicator light of the microphone stays on when recording.
  3. You need to unplug the receiver from the phone to hear the sound after the recording is done
  4. Confirm whether the phone volume is not at 0, and adjust properly.
  • Q: Why microphone can not connect with the receiver?
  • A: Please factory reset as per the below instructions:
  1. Power on both microphone and receiver(The receiver needs to be plugged into your device)
  2. Poke the reset key twice quickly by a pin on both microphone and receiver, indicator lights flash quickly, then they will auto pair, and the indicator lights stay on.
