Please read all of the instructions carefully and retain for future reference.

Safety Instructions

  1. When using electrical products, basic safely precautions should always be followed.
  2. Keep the product and USB cable out of the reach of children. Children should be supervised lo ensure that they do not play with the product.
  3. Children aged from 8 years and people with reduced capabilities can use this product only if they have been given supervision and instruction on safe use of the product and understand the hazards involved.
  4. This product is not a toy.
  5. This product contains no user serviceable parts. If the product and any of its accessories are malfunctioning or damaged; recycle the product.
  6. Keep the product away from other heat sources, direct sunlight, humidity, water and any other liquid.
  7. Keep the USB cable away from any parts of the product that may become hot during use.
  8. Do not operate the product with wet hands.
  9. Do not operate the product if ii has been exposed to waler, moisture or any other liquid, to prevent against electric shock, explosion and/or injury to yourself and damage to the product. Do not use the product for anything other than its intended use.
  10. Do not use any accessories other than those supplied.
  11. It is imperative lo unplug the USB cable after the product has been used, before ii is cleaned
  12. This product is intended for domestic use only. II should not be used for commercial purposes.

Battery Safety

  • The supply terminals are not to be short-circuited.

  • In the event of a battery and cell leaking, do not allow the liquid lo come in contact with the skin or eyes. If contact has been made, wash the affected area with copious amounts of waler and seek medical advice.

  • Do not use any cell or battery which is not designed for use with the product.

  • Secondary cells and batteries need to be charged before use. After extended periods of storage, ii may be necessary to charge and discharge the cells or batteries several times lo obtain maximum performance.

  • Keep batt•ries out of the reach of children.

  • Do not dispose of batteries in a fire.

  • Do not dismantle, open or shred secondary cells or batteries. Do not expose cells or batteries to heat or fire.

  • Do not crush, puncture, dismantle or otherwise damage batteries. Do not store above 60 °(.

  • Avoid storage in direct sunlight.

  • Do not expose batteries to heal or fire as they may explode. Do not subject batteries to mechanical shock.

  • Do not dispose of exhausted batteries in household waste. Once the batteries have been exhausted, dispose of the product at a local recycling station. Contact the local government offices for further details.

  • This product is filled with a 5000 mAh rechargeable battery (non-removable).
    Caution: To prevent short-circuit faults and damage, only use the supplied USB cable to charge the product.

  • Before each use, check all USB cables for damage. If there are any signs of damage, discontinue use.

  • Do not insert a USB cable into both micro USB input and

  • USB output ports on the product al the same time.

  • Do not use the supplied USB cable to charge other devices; this should only be used to charge the product itself.

Care and Maintenance

  • Wipe the portable charger with a soft, lint-free cloth.
    Do not: Use any abrasive cleaning solvents lo clean the portable charger. Expose the portable charger lo extremely high or low temperatures. Drop the portable charger. Attempt to disassemble the portable charger.
    Dispose of the portable charger in a fire as ii will result in an explosion.

Instructions for Use Charging the Battery

  • The portable charger is filled with a 5000 mAh rechargeable battery (non-removable). II is recommended that the battery is fully charged before first use; this will lake approx. 7 hours. Subsequent charges will take approx. 6-7 hours.
  • Connect the micro USB connector on the USB charging cable (included) into the micro USB input port on the portable charger and the other end lo a compatible USB port (5 V = 1 A). Whilst charging, the power indicator lights will signal the level of charge. Once the battery has fully charged, all four power indicator lights will illuminate.
  • Carefully disconnect both ends of the USB charging cable and store ii safely for future use.

Using the Portable Charger to Charge Other Devices

Using the Portable Charger to Charge Other Devices The portable charger has the ability to recharge devices that can be charged via USB.
To charge such devices, use the USB charging cable supplied with that device. Plug the USB connector into the USB output port on the portable charger and the other end into a compatible device. Charging should be indicated on the compatible device.

Caution: Do not use the portable charger USB charging cable lo charge other devices; this should only be used to charge the portable charger itself.
Do not insert a USB cable into the USB output port and the micro USB input port al the same lime for any reason.

Warning: Make sure that the USB charging cable is not bent, wrapped lightly or warped when stored. This could damage the internal cable and cause short-circuit faults when used, which will damage the portable charger and any connected device. Inspect the USB charging cable before use; if there are any signs of damage, discontinue use immediately and seek a suitable replacement.

Troubleshooting

The portable charger cannot be charged.
The USB charging cable is not connected properly; connect the USB charging cable properly.

The portable charger charging time is short.
The remaining battery power is high and hasn’t exhausted continue lo use as normal. The portable charger has reached the end of its service life or is malfunctioning. If the power supply lime does not last and is extremely short, even when the portable charger is fully charged, then the unit has reached the end of its service life. Purchase a new portable charger (service life varies depending upon frequency of use).

The portable charger cannot supply power to a device.
The USB charging cable between the portable charger and the device is not connected properly; reconnect the USB charging cable. The remaining battery power is low; recharge the portable charger.

The supply lime to the device is short.
The connector or USB port on the device is dirty; clean it. The portable charger has reached the end of its service life or is malfunctioning; purchase a new portable charger (service life varies depending upon frequency of use).
The portable charger is out of power or the remaining battery capacity is low. Recharge the portable charger.

The portable charger will not charge the device.
The portable charger is designed lo charge devices up lo 1 A. If the output is exceeded then the portable charger will either cut off or the charging time will be increased greatly. Always check the input port of the device to be charged. Check the USB charging cable for damage. If ii shows any signs of damage, seek a suitable replacement.

Charging lime is longer than usual.
The portable charger has reached the end of its service life or is malfunctioning; purchase a new portable charger (service life varies depending upon frequency of use). The temperature of the surrounding environment is having an effect on the operation of the portable charger, move the portable charger into a more suitable climate.
The USB charging cable cannot be properly connected. Check the USB charging cable and make sure that only the USB charging cable supplied is used when charging the portable charger. Some dust, dirt etc., may be in the USB port; clean the USB port.

Warning: Do not short-circuit the portable charger. To avoid short- circuiting, keep the portable charger away from all metal objects (e.g. coins, hair-pins, keys, etc.). The portable charger may become hot when charging. This is normal.
