NOTES

  1. The Scarf is worked in Tunisian crochet with 2 colors of yarn.
  2. Tunisian crochet is worked with the right side facing at all times. Do not turn the work.
  3. Each row of Tunisian crochet is worked in two passes; a Forward Pass and a Return Pass. Loops are picked up and placed on the hook on the Forward Pass, then worked off on the Return Pass. Do not draw up a loop in the first vertical bar of a Forward Pass. The loop remaining on the hook after a Return Pass counts as the first loop of the next row.
  4. When changing colors, always lock the yarn by placing the ‘old’ color in front of the ‘new color.
  5. Do not cut yarn between color changes, simply carry the colors along side edge of Scarf until next needed.
  6. Placing each ball of yarn into a ziplock bag, then zipping nearly closed, is helpful in keeping yarns untangled.
