INSTRUCTIONS
IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU PLAY.
In very rare circumstances, some people may experience epileptic seizures when viewing flashing lights or patterns in our ordinary daily environment. Flashing lights and patterns are also very common to almost any video game.
This fact should be considered before playing video games, as it is possible
for someone to have an undetected epileptic condition. While watching or
playing video games it may be possible for some persons to experience a
seizure, albeit in extremely rare occurrences.
Consult your physician before playing any video games, if you have had an
epileptic condition or seizure OR you experience any of the following when
playing any video games: altered vision, eye or muscle twitching, mental
confusion or disorientation, loss of awareness of the surroundings, or
involuntary movements.
Battery Installation
The Retro Games Controller requires a set of 3 x AAA alkaline batteries (not included). To insert the batteries, unscrew the battery cover as shown (fig 2) and install the batteries according to the correct polarity. Replace the battery cover and screw.
Please note that this console is only compatible with PAL video systems; if you are using another system, the image may not be displayed correctly. To change your TV video to PAL please refer to your television user manual.
Identifying parts of the Retro Games controller
Take the two video cables and plug them into the video input connections. (Commonly called A/V inputs) on your TV (fig 3). Most TV’s have the connection in the back. Some may have the connections in the front behind a door panel. Please check with your TV manufac-turer’s instructions if you have any concerns.
Each connector is colour coded. They are yellow and white. Plug the correct
colour-coded cables into the appropriate coded plugs on your TV.
Please note:
If your TV does not have an AN input, you will need to purchase a RF
modulator. This will allow you to connect the Mini TV Games to the TV.

In the environment with fast transient, the device may malfunction and the user will be required to reset it.
Operating Retro Games Controller

Turn on the TV.

Set the TV to video input. This is usually done via a remote control. (Please refer to your TV’s manufacturer’s instruction guide, if you have any
concerns getting your TV into this mode) -
Turn the ON/OFF switch on the Mini TV Games to the ON position.

You will see images of the opening sequence of the game appear on the screen, and the theme song being played.
Troubleshooting
| Problem | Solution |

| The TV will not show any image of the video game | -Make sure the TV is turned |
on and set to the Video input.
– Make sure the two video cables are connected to the proper colour-coded
plugs in your TV.
– Check to see if the Mini TV Games is switched to the ON position.
– Replace batteries on the console.
The TV shows poor or grainy image on the screen| – Check all video cables and
connections between the Mini TV Games and the TV
– Replace all the batteries
– Adjust the settings of the TV
I see the image but I hear no sound| -Check the video cables between the Mini
TV Games and the TV
-Adjust the volume control of the TV
The video game stopped/froze whilst in play mode| -Replace the batteries in
the Mini TV Games -Move the video game further away from the television or
radio
-Ask the dealer of your radio or television equipment for advice
-Press the reset button.
Battery warnings
– Do not use rechargeable batteries
– Do not attempt to recharge non-rechargeable batteries
– Insert batteries as marked and always follow the toy and battery
manufacturer’s instructions.
– Use only the same or equivalent type of battery as recommended.
– Do not short circuit the supply terminals – Do not mix old and new batteries
– Do not mix different types of batteries, such as alkaline, standard (carbon
zinc), rechargeable ( nickel cadmium)
– Always remove exhausted or dead batteries from the product
