Product Introduction

This is a multifunctional USB-C hub, which only requires a mobile phone/tablet/notebook with OTG function, can be used without the DP ALT video function. More ports can be extended including HDMI, USB 2.0. The product has a built-in USB drive, supports MacOS /Windows/Android systems, not support IOS systems. Note The USB-C source devices (mobile/notebook/tablet PC) must support OTG.

FAQ A.

A. Why is there no video output?

1. Please check if the cables between the monitors and MacBook are well connected.
2. HDMI port requires a direct HDMI to HDMI connection.

B. Why is there no audio output from HDMI?

1. Please make sure your monitor supports the Audio output function.
2. Please set the external monitor as the default audio output device.
