DmofwHi Air Fryer - Buffalo Wings

Buffalo Wings

Preparation time:
120 minutes
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon and 1 teaspoon vegetableoil
2 pounds pork spare ribs 2/3 cup ketchup
5/8 (12 fluid ounce) can cola-flavored carbonated beverage
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger

Preparation:

  1. Preheat the cooker to 350 °F (175 °C).
  2. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high Quickly brown the spare ribs on both sides. Remove the ribs and place in a roasting pan. In a medium bowl, stir together the ketchup, cola, and ginger. Pour over the ribs, and place a lid on the pan, or cover tightly with aluminum foil.
  3. Bake for 50 minutes in the preheated cooker. Remove the lid during the last 30 minutes.

4 eggs
¹/2 cup and 1 tablespoon milk 1 cup and 2 tablespoons shredded hash brown potatoes

Preparation:

  • Preheat the cooker to 350 °F (175 °Q. Lightly grease an 8×8″ baking dish.
  • Beat eggs in a large bowl; stir in the milk. Stir in the potatoes, ham, and cheese. Season to taste and pour into the cooker.

Ingredients:
For the wings:
4 lb chicken wings
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tbsp kosher salt
For the sauce:
³/4 cup Sriracha or alternative hot sauce
6 tbsp unsalted butter

Preparation:
Preheat the cooker to 475 *F1245 °C)
Carefully pat dry the chicken wings with a paper towel.
Allow them to dry for 30 minutes, especially if they have just been removed from the fridge.
Toss the wings in a bag or a large bowl with the baking powder and the salt
Arrange the wings on the baking sheet
Cook for 20 minutes, turn the wings over and cook for another 15 minutes or until the wings are crisp and golden.
To prepare the sauce, melt the butter in a saucepan and add Sriracha.
Remove the wings from the cooker, baste with the sauce and serve imm

Preparation time:

Ingredients:
2 teaspoons cornstarch 2 teaspoons cold water 1/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons and 2 tea­spoons cider
vinegar
5/8 clove garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
8 skinless chicken thighs

  1. In a small saucepan over low heat, combine the cornstarch, cold water, sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, ginger and ground black pepper. Let simmer, stirring frequently, until the sauce thickens and bubbles.
  2. Preheat the cooker to 425°F (220 °C).
  3. Place the chicken pieces in a lightly greased 9 x 13″ baking dish. Brush the chicken with the sauce. Turn the pieces over and brush again.
  4. Bake in the preheated cooker for 30 minutes, until the chicken is no longer pink and its juices run clear. Brush with the sauce every 10 minutes while Cooking.

¹/4 (16 ounces) bottle Italian dressing

pepper

1-1¹/2 teaspoons garlic powder.

Preparation:

  1. In a medium bowl, mix % Italian dressing, cay­enne pepper, black pepper, Creole seasoning, and garlic powder.
  2. Rub over the chicken, using the remaining Italian dressing to fill the cavity.

Allow the chicken to marinate 8 hours, or over­night, before baking.

Preparation time:

Ingredients:
¹/4 cup Italian seasoned bread-crumbs
cup grated Parmesan cheese
¹/4 teaspoon seasoned salt
1 (9″) zucchini, peeled
¹/4 cup margarine or butter, melted
For the sauce:
¹/4 cup Sriracha or alternative hot sauce 6 tbsp unsalted butter

Preparation:

  1. Preheat the co to 425 °F (220 °C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil lightly greased with cooking spray.
  2. Cut the peeled zucchini in half lengthwise and remove the seeds. Slice the zucchini into x x 414″ pieces.
  3. Combine the breadcrumbs, cheese, and seasoned salt on a pie plate. Dip the zucchini fries into the melted margarine, then coat the zucchini in the breadcrumbs. Gently toss between your hands so any breadcrumbs that haven’t stuck can fall away. Arrange the breaded zucchini onto the prepared baking sheet. 4.Roast the zucchini in the preheated cooker until the fries are golden and crisp, about 15 minutes.

Preparation time:
25 minutes
Ingredients:
3 medium russet potatoes
¹/4 teaspoon paprika
Salt to taste

Preparation:

  1. Preheat the cooker to 425 °F (220 °C).
  2. Sprinkle with paprika and salt. Arrange in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  3. Bake in the preheated cooker for 25 to 30 min­utes, or until the fries are brown and crispy.
