NOTE: Pet Hair Eraser Cordless does NOT have any side brushes on the machine

• Verify the dirt cup is empty & securely attached to the machine

• Check to be sure the brush is turning

  • If not, clear any debris attached to it
  • The brush rotation causes the debris to be picked up

• If the brush is turning, the machine is functioning properly

  • If the brush is turning but debris is not being picked up
  • The carpet/rug may be too thick/dense for sweeper use
  • The brush needs to rotate freely for debris to be picked up
