General information
Thank you for choosing an Etac product. To avoid injury during installation, handling and use, you should read this manual and keep it for future reference. Intended Use
Cloo is a height-adjustable toilet seat raiser with fixed mounting, which can
be used with one or two arm supports, as well as without arm support. The arm
supports are foldable, but can also be fixed in the unfolded position. Cloo
can also be mounted at an angle.
The arm supports provide increased security while sitting, and support while sitting down/standing up from the toilet. This product is intended for users with limited ability to sit down and/or stand up from the toilet due to reduced mobility or strength.
The product is intended for adult users, generally persons with a height of at
least 146 cm and a weight of at least 40 kg.
The product is suitable for standard toilet seats. For exact measurements, see
the table under figure J,
Technical data
This product is intended for use in domestic environments and institutions,
and may not be used in any way other than that stated above. There are no
known contraindications. The product meets the requirements of the Medical
Device Regulation (EU) 2017/745.
In case of an adverse event occurred in relation to use of the device, it
should be reported to your local dealer and the national competent authority
in a timely manner. The local dealer will forward informa-tion to the
manufacturer.
Warranty: 5 year warranty against material and manufacturing defects. For
terms and conditions, see www.etac.com. A defective product must not be used.

Maximum user weight 150 kg H6. The armrests have each been tested and approved for half of the maximum user weight H7. The seat ring can be removed for cleaning. Make sure it clicks in place completely when refitting H8. Clean the product with a solvent-free cleaning agent with a pH level between 5 and 9, or with a 70% disinfectant solution. H9. Can be decontaminated at max. 85°C if so required. H10. Check the screw attachment.
