INTRODUCTION
Thank you for deciding to purchase the Scooter Cover from Aidapt.
NB. This equipment must be installed by a competent person.
INTENDED USE
The Scooter Cover has been designed to entirely cover 3 or 4 wheeled mobility scooters when not in use and provide protection from the elements.
FITTING INSTRUCTIONS
The Scooter Cover can easily be slipped on and off as necessary; the opening is elasticated for a secure fit:
- Remove all packaging; take care not to use sharp tools such as scissors or knives to open the packaging as this may result in damage to the Scooter Cover
- NB. Please dispose of all packaging safely
- Starting at either the front or back end of the scooter, drape the Scooter Cover over the entire scooter, ensuring that the elasticated opening of the cover is around and below the scooter as much as possible all around.
- NB. Before fitting the Scooter Cover you must ensure that the scooter is switched off and any secondary brake is applied, as necessary. The Scooter Cover must not be used while the Scooter is in use.
CLEANING
Clean your Scooter Cover using a mild detergent with a slightly damp, soft
cloth only. Only use a mild detergent or disinfectant; never use an abrasive
cleaner.
The Scooter Cover can be cleaned in a washing machine at a low temperature,
ideally in a wool or delicates setting.
After cleaning, hang the Cover somewhere warm and dry to the air. Do not leave
in direct contact with a heat source and do not put in a tumble dryer.
