PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

- Kg/Lb/St button
- Display
OPERATING BUTTON
- The scale can be switched on and off with the ON/OFF button (Push the button once.)
- With the TARE button you can use the tare function. “0.00” appears on the display 2 seconds after pressing the button.
- • Kg, Lb, St button is suitable to choose the required unit of measurement, the actual unit of measurement can be seen on the right side of the display.
USING THE SCALE
-
These scales run on 2pcs of replaceable lithium batteries. Remove the protective film before use (Fig. 1).
-
Before weighing a pets screw the tray to the measuring surface so the tray would stand stable.
-
By pressing the ON/OFF button once “0.00” appears on the display (Fig.2).
-
Place the pets on the scale. The measured weight is going to be displayed in a few seconds, and stored in the memory automatically. An “M” is displayed indicating the presence of data in the memory. After the next weighing the screen displays the measured weight and the difference between the measured weight and the previous weight by turns of 2 seconds. The lastly measured weight is automatically stored in the memory in case of both manual and automatic switching off.
-
By pressing the ON/OFF button once, the scale switches off. By not using the scale for 30 seconds it switches off automatically.
MEMORY FUNCTION
After switching on the scale, an “M” is dispalyed which means that the last measured weight is stored in the memory, so that the weigh difference could be displayed. If you do not need the displaying of weight difference, pressing the ON/OFF button quickly twice erases the data from the memory. At this time the “M” disappears from the display. Removal of battery erases the memory too.
ABOUT TARING
If you use not only the tray and the added weight (blanket, pillow etc.) is lighter than 5 kg, after pressing the TARE button the screen displays “0.00” and the maximal measurable weight will be 20 kg. If the added weight is heavier than 5 kg, after pressing the TARE button the screen displays “0.00” but the maximal measurable weight will be less than 20 kg (more precisely: 20 kg minus the added weight).
OTHER INFORMATION ON THE DISPLAY
If the “Lo” warning is displayed after switching on (Fig. 3), or there is
nothing on the display, the battery is dead and has to be replaced.
If the sign “ERR” appears on the display (Fig. 4.), it means that the scale is
overloaded, in this case the weight must be reduced (an overload can cause
sensor faults).
If the message ”OUT2” appears on the display (Fig. 5.), it means sensor fault
(after overloading or after a sudden, big dinamic load ). In this case, we
have no warranty liability for the product.
