WARNING
All packing materials such as tape, plastic sheets, packaging locks, removable tags, cable ties and packaging screws are not part of this toy, and should be discarded for your child’s safety.

GETTING STARTED

Battery Removal and Installation

  1. Make sure the unit is turned Off.
  2. Find the battery cover located inside the pillow on the side of the unit. Use a screwdriver to loosen the screw and then open the battery cover.
  3. Remove old batteries by pulling up on one end of each battery.
  4. Install 2 new AAA batteries following the diagram inside the battery box. (For best performance, alkaline batteries or fully charged Ni-MH rechargeable batteries are recommended).
  5. Replace the battery cover and tighten the screw to secure.
IMPORTANT: BATTERY INFORMATION
  • Insert batteries with the correct polarity (+ and -).
  • Do not mix old and new batteries.
  • Do not mix alkaline, standard (carbon-zinc) or rechargeable batteries.
  • Only batteries of the same or equivalent type as recommended are to be used.
  • Do not short-circuit the supply terminals.
  • Remove batteries during long periods of non-use.
  • Remove exhausted batteries from the toy.
  • Dispose of batteries safely. Do not dispose of batteries in fire.
RECHARGEABLE BATTERIES:
  • Remove rechargeable batteries from the toy before charging.
  • Rechargeable batteries are only to be charged under adult supervision.
  • Do not charge non-rechargeable batteries.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR WASHING

Please remove the electronic module from the pillow before cleaning.

  1. To remove the electronic module, open the hook-and-loop closure on the end of the pillow and take out the electronic module.
  2. Handwash the pillow and let it air-dry.
  3. Insert the curved end of the electronic module first, nestling it into the fabric pocket. Next, rotate the module in the fabric pocket 45 degrees towards the front of the caterpillar so that the curved end is towards the caterpillar’s face. Smooth the
    cloth around the electronic module, press it further into the caterpillar, then close the padded end and secure the hook-and-loop closures

PRODUCT FEATURES

  1. On/Off/Volume Selector
    To turn the unit On, slide the On/Off/ Volume Selector to the Low volume position or the High volume position. You will hear a song, a fun phrase, and playful sounds. To turn the unit Off, slide the On/ Off/Volume Selector to the Off position.

  2. Easy to Transform
    Unroll the Playmat to change from roller to tummy time toy, or roll up the Playmat to use it for rolling play.

  3. Automatic Shut-Off
    To preserve battery life, the 3-in-1 Tummy Time Roll-a-Pillar™ will automatically shut off after approximately 45 seconds without input. The unit can be turned on again by pressing any button.

NOTE: This product is in Try-Me mode in the packaging. After opening the package, turn the 3-in-1 Tummy Time Roll-a-Pillar™ off and on again to proceed with normal play. If the unit repeatedly powers down while playing, please install a new set of batteries.

ACTIVITIES

  1. Mode Buttons
    Press one of the four Mode Buttons to trigger playful responses. Pressing the Music Button plays a variety of melodies, while pressing the Tree Button plays nature sounds. Press the Caterpillar Button to hear engaging phrases and songs, and press the Happy Face Button to hear playful sounds. When a melody or a song is playing, moving the pillow activates the motion sensor, which adds fun sounds on top of the melody or song.image 4

  2. Motion Sensor
    Move or roll the pillow to activate the Motion Sensor and hear fun sounds, playful phrases and short tunes. The light will flash with the sound.image

  3. Removable Play Pieces
    Prop up the mirror or play with the teether toy or rattle for added fun.image 6

CARE & MAINTENANCE

  1. Keep the unit clean by wiping it with a slightly damp cloth.
  2. Keep the unit out of direct sunlight and away from any direct heat sources.
  3. Remove the batteries if the unit will not be in use for an extended period of time.
  4. Do not drop the unit on hard surfaces and do not expose the unit to moisture or water.
  5. The pillow can by surface washable or hand washed. Please remove the electronic module from the pillow before cleaning.

TROUBLESHOOTING

If for some reason the unit stops working or malfunctions, please follow these steps:

  1. Please turn the unit Off.
  2. Interrupt the power supply by removing the batteries.
  3. Let the unit sit for a few minutes, then replace the batteries.
  4. Turn the unit On. The unit should now be ready to play again.
  5. If the unit still does not work, install a new set of batteries.
