USE AND PRECAUTIONS
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE AND PRECAUTIONS OF ROBOT BATTERY
WARNING
- Please read the instructions carefully before using the battery.
- Fulbat could not be held responsible for the consequences of improper installation and/or misuse of the battery inside your vehicle.
- If you have any problem or doubt, about your security we recommend you to contact a professional.
- Read and understand all safety information before using this product. Failure to follow these safety instructions may result in electrical shock, explosion, or fire, which may result in serious injury, death, or property damage.
- Wear eye protection when operating the product. Batteries can explode and cause flying debris. In the case of contamination of eyes or skin, flush the affected area with running clean waterand contact poison control immediately.
- Keep children away from batteries.
- Never short-circuit the battery terminals. Do not use an incompatible charging device. Do not attempt to jump-start, charge, or discharge the battery if damaged or frozen.
- Never charge or discharge the product outside its operating temperatures.
- Never over-charge or over-discharge the battery.
- Never exceed the maximum charging currents of the battery. Never incinerate.
- The product is an electrical storage device that can emit heat. Do not cover product or place objects on top of the product. Keep the product away from combustible materials.
- The instructions must be followed during transportation. Never dispose of old batteries in a domestic bin.
CAUTIONS
- Do not apply batteries to reverse polarity or other devices. Do not continue to charge batteries beyond the specified time. Do not crush, drop, mutilate, or penetrate with foreign objects.
- Do not use or charge the batteries when they appear to be leaking, discoloured, rusty, deformed, emit an odour or are otherwise abnormal.
- Do not spill water to the battery or get them wet. Do not dispose of batteries in a fire or trash incinerator or leave batteries in hot places such as a sun-exposed car.
- Do not attempt to disassemble, puncture, or modify the battery. The battery is intended to be charged when it is inside the mower and properly connected to the mower. Always use the power supply provided with the mower.
- Improper use may result in electric shock, overheating or fire. Do not use the battery for any purpose other than powering the dedicated robotic lawnmower.
- The use of the battery to power any other product is extremely dangerous. Observe proper disposal laws and regulations for batteries to protect the environment.
INSTALLATION
- Prior to first use, ensure that the product has been charged continuously for 48 hours.
- After completing 2-3 charge & discharge cycles, the battery will achieve the optimum battery capacity.
- Store batteries at a moderate temperature. If batteries will be unused for an extended period, remove them from devices and keep them under normal indoor room conditions.
TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE
- Safely attach the product during transportation to prevent damage and accidents.
- Keep the product in a locked area to prevent access for children or persons who are not approved.
- Put the product in a dry, frost-free and clean space with the correct temperature.
- Put the product in storage where the temperature is between 5°C and 25°C
- Keep the product away from sunlight.
- Keep the battery away from the battery charger during storage.
WINTER STORAGE
- Fully charge the battery in its base station. Turn the mower off. Clean the mower and store it in dry indoor conditions at ambient temperatures above 0°C.
