How to avoid the mount falling down？
- The correct installation procedure:
- Choose a flat surface
- Wipe the surface and wait for it to dry
- Tear off the plastic film on the suction cup
- Press the suction cup on the dashboard for 5 seconds, then press the suction cup lock at the 3rd second.
- It is recommended to use the vent clamp holder, below these situations:
- The surface texture of the dashboard has too deep lines or the slope is too big.
- The dashboard is leather surface, cloth surface, uneven surface.
- The temperature outside the car is over 104℉/40 ℃,which cause the temperature inside the car to be over 203℉/95 ℃.
- The weight of your phone and the habit of using the mount, like the arm length you prefer
- High temperature and strong ultraviolet rays will accelerate the aging of the mount, please clean the suction cup to restore vitality.
- When the vehicle is regularly maintained, please check the stability of the mount, which depends on:
- The local road conditions, temperature, and the severity of ultraviolet rays.
- The depth of the texture and slope of the surface.
Note: If the suction cup is loose, please wash the suction cup and wait for it dry, install it again. If the vent clamp is loose, please reinstall it.

Install & Adjust Car Phone Mount

Unscrew the nut on the bracket.

Put the nut around the ball joint, then insert the ball joint into the socket on the back of the bracket, and screw the nut tightly.

To ensure a clean contact surface, wipe once with a wet and dry towel each.

Tear off the plastic film of the suction cup.

Press the suction cup to the surface for 5 seconds,and press the lock button at the 3rd second. Wait for 20 min before usage.

Adjust the angle of the mount as you like.
Recommended: Make sure the silicone pad is in contact with the dashboard.

Reminder: If the dashboard is not clean, and the suction cup is easy to shake and loosen, please wash the PU gel of the suction cup with water, and clean up the dashboard, then reinstall the suction cup. The suction cup can be used normally.
Install the vent clamp
- Unscrew the nut on the bracket, insert the ball head into the socket, and screw the nut.
- Fix the clip onto the air vent grille, and then tighten the clamp.
Use the Phone Mount
- Press any one of the release buttons on both sides, the clamp arms open automatically.
- Pull down the bottom tray to the proper position.
- Put the phone in the bracket then press the clamp arms to grasp the phone.
