What drive me to be a Car Mount Engineer?
A traffic accident made me realize that the car mount is important for driver safety, cell phone safety, and vehicle safety, especially on the highway. I’ve been reading feedback on Amazon’s car mounts to find inspiration to design a better product for you.
Design priorities: safety first, convenience second, elegance third.
I always design products with driver safety in mind, but it is not easy to match them to hundreds types of cars, and thanks to many users’ suggestions, this product was originally designed with 5 major improvements:
No.1: Without removing the suction cup, our new version can be rotated 360° at any angle when the “LOCK” button is unlocked. （ Normal Version: the suction cup can be only adjusted up and down, forward and backward once fixed, but cannot be rotated 360° . ）
No.2: Our upgraded telescopic arm can be extended to the distance you like without twisting the knob.
(Normal Version: telescopic arms are manually adjusted with a knob, which is inconvenient and dangerous while driving. ）
No.3: The silicone support stabilizer is designed to prevent vibration and support the long arm in case it falls off and also serves as a cable organizer to prevent the car cables from getting messy. （ Normal Version: The long telescopic arms vibrate or even fall off
during driving. ）
No.4: We use N52 magnets to increase the magnetic force from the mainstream 15 Newton to 20 Newton, which is safer.
No.5: For better durability (10,000 times) and thermal stability (-45°F~215°F), we adopt healthy refined materials that have been tested hundreds of times.

Phone Case Adaptability

1. The steel ring must be attached to the outside of the Non-Magsafe phone case.
2. The back of the phone case must be flat and smooth. It is not recommended to attach the steel ring to the back of the phone case with uneven surfaces, which would affect the adsorbing effect.
3. The steel ring can only adhere to smooth, flat, hard surface of the phone case, it can not adhere to liquid silicone, textured, ring, pop socket or uneven phone case.

Mobile Phone Adaptability

The magnetic car phone mount shall be used in the following 3 usage conditions.
Please choose the corresponding usage according to the model of your mobile phone.

1. No Steel ring is needed
   iPhone 12/13/14 or newer versions without case & with a MagSafe or magnetic case

2. White Slim Steel ring is needed: Mobile phones with a slim phone case, the back of phone case must be smooth, flat, and slim.The below situation requires the use of a steel ring included：
   （1）iPhone 14 / 13 / 12 series phones with regular smooth surface cases
   （2）iPhone 11 series and under models with regular smooth surface cases
   （3）Samsung Galaxy, Google Pixel, and other phones with regular smooth surface cases

3. Black Thick Steel ring is needed:
   Mobile Phones with a normal thick phone case.

Assembling the Steel Ring

1. Use a cleaning wipe to clean the back of the phone (or phone case) where the steel ring be pasted. If use a phone case, please install the steel ring OUTSIDE of the phone case.

2. Unfold the match-up card.

3. Place the match-up card in the center of the phone or phone case. Align the match-up card up and down, left and right, using a MM scale. Make sure the number are the same for the horizontal sides, and so does the vertical sides.

4. Remove the protective cover of the steel ring, and aim it at the circle of the match-up card before pasting it on the back of the phone or phone case.
   Ensure the steel ring is 1mm/0.04 inch away from the camera.

5. Press firmly along the steel ring.

6. Remove the match-up card, and the installation is completed.

7. After pasting the steel ring, leave it for 24 hours before using the magnetic phone mount.

Practical Tips
The suction cup is suitable for clean, flat, smooth, and non-porous surfaces. Leather or textile dash surfaces are not suitable for all suction cups, if your car have these dashboards, please install the suction cup on the windshield.

Tips for Using the Suction Cup

1. Find a flat and smooth dashboard, clean the surface, and wait for it to dry.
2. After attaching the suction cup, rotate it to tsuitable view and then press down the suction cup lock totally to fix it.
3. Don’t stick the suction cup on a curved surface, plush cloth surface, or uneven surface because it will reduce the adsorbability.
4. Don’t attach the suction cup to deep texture, leathers, walls, or film-coated surfaces because it will reduce the adsorbability.
5. In the extreme summer heat: Please install the suction cup on the dashboard, not the windshield, and keep the suction cup away from direct sunlight.
6. The temperature outside the car is over 104 ℉/40℃ which causes the temperature inside the car to be over 203℉/95 ℃. the adsorption forces would be lower. Please rinse the suction cup to restore the adsorption forces.
7. You could change the direction of the telescopic arm without removing the suction cup. The suction cup can be rotated 360° after turning on the “LOCK” button. And the direction of the telescopic arm will be fixed after pressing the “LOCK” button.
8. After every time you turn on the suction cup “LOCK” and rotate the suction cup, please press and hold the suction cup for 5s, then press the “LOCK” button again.

Tips for Removing the Suction Cup

1. Pull up the lock button.
2. Pull the tab on the suction cup to allow air to get into it, stick a plastic putty knife and floss underneath to break the seal.
3. Once the seal is broken you will be able to remove it easier.

Tips for Reusing the Suction Cup

1. If the suction cup is loose, please wash the suction cup and wait for it dry, install it again.
2. If the dashboard is not clean, and the suction cup is easy to shake and loosen, please wash the PU gel of the suction cup with water, clean up the dashboard, then reinstall the suction cup.

Using with the suction cup

1. Unscrew the nut and remove it.
2. Insert the ball joint into the back of the holder, and then screw the nut tightly.
3. Find a flat and smooth surface, clean it with a wet and dry towel.
4. Turn on the “LOCK” button of the sucker, then tear off the plastic sealing film on the bottom.
5. Place the sucker, rotate it to a suitable view.
6. Press the base for 5s and make sure it fits the surface, and then press the lock button.
7. Adjust the length and angle of the arm.
8. Install the stabilizer, and press it firmly to ensure tight adhesion.
9. Fix the telescopic arm in the notch of the stabilizer to make the bracket more stable. Tighten the knob to ensure stability. Leave it for 20mins to ensure the sucker is stable before use.
10. Place the Phone, Plug the cable in the cable organizer hole when not charging.
11. Remove the phone from the MagSafe car mount in the upper left or upper right direction.

Rinsing the bottom of the suction cup and then air-drying to restore its adhesion and reuse.Pull up the lock button and remove the suction cup.

The correct installation procedure:

1.  How to avoid the mount falling off?
   ♦ Choose a flat and smooth surface.
   ♦ Clean the surface and wait for it to dry.
   ♦ Open the lock button.
   ♦ Tear off the plastic film on the suction cup.
   ♦ Place the suction cup and rotate it to a suitable view.
   ♦ Press the base for 5s and then press the lock button.
   ♦ Fix the telescopic arm in the notch of the stabilizer to make the bracket more stable.
   ♦ Wait for 20mins, and ensure stability before usage.

2.  It is recommended to install the windshield below these situations:
   ♦ The surface texture of the dashboard has too deep lines or the slope is too big.
   ♦ The dashboard is a leather surface, breathable surface, curved surface, plush cloth surface, uneven surface.

3. High temperature, strong ultraviolet rays and dirty surface will affect the suction and stickiness, please avoid direct sunlight on the suction cup and clean it to restore vitality.

4.  When the vehicle is regularly maintained, please check the stability of the mount, which depends on:
   ♦ The local road conditions, temperature, and the severity of ultraviolet rays.
   ♦ The depth of the texture and slope of the surface.

How to reuse the suction cup?

If the suction cup is loose, simply restore/ clean the sticky gel on your suction cup, rinsing the bottom of the suction cup then air-drying to restore its adhesion and reuse.
