Faucet Body Assemblies

Swing Nozzle Installation:

Note: Nozzle should be installed first.

1. Apply grease supplied with faucet to swivel piece and o-rings on the nozzle assembly.

2. Install lock washer if needed for a rigid nozzle.

3. Install nozzle assembly into the base faucet.

4. Tighten swivel nut.
   Faucet Installation:

5. Shut off the water supply and drain lines. Drill (2) 1¼” [32mm] diameter holes on 8” [203mm] centers where the faucet is to be installed.

6. Remove lock nuts and washers from ¾” short elbows and reinstall in reverse order (lock nuts first then washers) back onto elbows.
   Note: Other supply lines (supplied by others) can be used instead of the ¾” short elbows to connect to the ¾” NPT female flanged inlets of the faucet assembly.

7. Apply Tefl on tape or other pipe thread sealant to male threads of ¾” short elbows.

8. Insert male threaded ends through holes from the backside of the backsplash.

9. Connect elbows to ¾” NPT female flanged inlets of the faucet assembly.

10. Tighten locknuts to secure the faucet to the backsplash.

11. Connect water supply lines to faucet inlets.

12. Turn on the water supply and check for leaks.

Shipping, freight, insurance, and other transportation charges of the product to T&S and the return of repaired or replaced product to the purchaser are the responsibility of the purchaser. Repair and/or replacement shall be made within a reasonable time after receipt by T&S of the returned product. This warranty does not cover items that have received secondary fi missing or have been altered or modifi ed after purchase, or for defects caused by physical abuse to or misuse of the product, or shipment of the products. Any express warranty not provided herein, and any remedy for Breach of Contract which might arise, is hereby excluded and disclaimed. Any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose are limited to one year in duration. Under no circumstances shall T&S be liable for loss of use or any special consequential costs, expenses or damages. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. Specifi c rights under this warranty and other rights vary from state to state.
