OPERATION
The machine is supplied with two cutting heads, a grass shear, and a hedge
trimmer.
To change the cutting heads:
- Remove the cover by applying gentle pressure to the area marked on the cover.
- Pull back the cover.
- Ensure that the marks on the housing and the gear wheel are aligned.
- Change the blade. Be aware that the blade is held in place by the two plastic ridges at the back.
- Ensure that the blade sits correctly in relation to the four pins.
- Replace the cover and check that it is secure.
Care: Never hold the blades when changing them. If the on/off switch is activated accidentally the blade can be set in motion.
Start the clipper by pressing the safety button with your thumb, whilst
squeezing the on/off switch.
In order that the clipper can be used ergonomically, the handle can be moved
90 degrees to the right or the left.
Depress and pull back button A – this will allow the handle to be rotated.
Always ensure that the handle is locked in place before commencing operation.
Battery and Charger
- Plug the adaptor into the socket inlet ( underneath the handle C) then plug the adaptor into a suitable power supply.
- After about 5 hours of full charging, the charging system turns off automatically to prevent overcharging.
- Unplug the adaptor from the power supply when not charging.
Do not operate the charger if the cable is damaged. Do not open or mutilate the battery. Released electrolyte is corrosive and may cause damage to the eyes and skin. It may be toxic if swallowed. Do not charge in wet or rainy conditions.
Extension Handle
Before using the extension handle, insert the shorter tube into the handle of
the grass shear, with the slot side down, until it locks into place.
Adjusting the angle joint in the extension handle allows the user to adjust
the angle of the trimmer up to 90 degrees. Always ensure that the head is
locked in place before use.
Loosening the handle’s “quick lock” allows the user to adjust the extension to
the desired length. Retighten the “quick lock” before working.
Plug the cable in the extension handle into the end of the trimmer unit.
To release, unplug the cable by pressing the green button on the handle.

not to activate the clipper accidentally.
