Included with your alarm is the full user manual that talks you through how to work the many features the SureSafeGO Plus has to offer. The SureSafeGO Plus comes ready to use straight out of the box. All you need to do is follow the 4 steps and you are ready to take your ‘anywhere’ alarm with you, wherever you go.

Instructions

Step 1:
Your SureSafeGO Plus comes with the SIM card already installed for you. You can find the telephone number of your new alarm printed on the plastic SIM card holder found inside the box. You will see the SIM card is missing, as it is already in your alarm. The number starts +447… This is the SureSafeGO Plus’ unique number. Save it in your phone as ‘Dad’s/Mum’s Alarm’ or similar. Share this number with your nominated contacts and ask them to store it too.

Step 2:

Your SureSafeGO Plus comes with some credit already on the SIM, so you can use it straight out of the box. The SIM has 15 text messages, 5 minutes of call time and l MB of data included FREE. This credit is valid for 30 days from the date the alarm was purchased, it will then auto-expire. You will not receive any notification of this.

Step 3:

Program your 5 chosen emergency contact numbers by sending the following text messages to your device.
Emergency Contact l: Al,07 …..
Emergency Contact 2: A2,07 …..
Emergency Contact 3: A3,07 …..
Emergency Contact 4: A4,07 …..
Emergency Contact 5: A5,07 …..

Example: To program 07770123123 as the 1st number, text: A1,07770123123

You do not need to program all 5 numbers, you can program in as many as you need up to 5. steps

Step 4:
Test the alarm by pressing the SOS button on the side of the watch for 2 seconds. To review and edit the enhanced settings e.g. fall detection, please read the full user manual enclosed with the device.

NOTE : Due to the roaming nature of the SIM card used, in order to get the best signal available, calls and texts to your SureSafeGO Plus may not be charged at the normal cost of a mobile phone call or text. The cost of calls and texts made to the SureSafeGO Plus may vary, please contact your mobile phone provider for more details.
