Read this user manual carefully before first use and save it for future reference.

This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instructions concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.

Before connecting your appliance, check if the mains voltage is the same as the voltage indicated on your appliance and that the power outlet has an earth connection. If unsure check with an electrician.

Ensure before each use that the supply cord or any other parts are not damaged.

Keep the steamer and its cord out of reach of children when connected to mains power or cooling down.

DO NOT use the steamer if it has been dropped, if there are visible signs of damage, malfunction or if it is leaking water.

Always make sure the appliance is switched off, unplugged and cooled down before cleaning.
IMPORTANT!
This steamer must not be left unattended while it is connected to mains power and before it has completely cooled down.
CAUTION:
The steam nozzle on the facial steamer can become extremely hot and may cause burns if touched -
Do not unplug the appliance by pulling on the cord or on the appliance. Always pull on the cord plug.

Never immerse the steamer, the power cord or the cord plug in water. Never hold the steamer under a water tap.

Do not add hot water or other corrosive cleaning agents into the water tank, doing so may damage the appliance. Use Demineralized or distilled water is strongly recommended.

To avoid damage to the power cord, do not allow the supply cord to come in contact with the stem nozzle when the steamer is hot.

If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by qualified electrical person in order to avoid a hazard or the product must be disposed of.

The steamer must be rested on a flat, stable surface.

When the steamer is used in a bathroom, unplug it after use. Using the product near water presents an electric shock hazard even when the appliance is switched off.
CAUTION!
Take care to avoid contact between the hot surfaces of the appliance and skin, paying particular attention to the face, neck and hands.
CAUTION!
Never place your face too close to the facial steamer in one position, as this could cause scalding.
IMPORTANT!
to avoid damage to the appliance do not operate the appliance when it runs out of water. -
Take care when emptying the facial steamer as hot water may still remain in the reservoir. Ensure the appliance has cooled down and is switched off before emptying or moving the appliance.

Before storage, wait till the appliance cools down completely and wind the power cord.

Only use accessories provided by the manufacturer. The use of any accessory or attachment other than those provided by the manufacturer may result in fire, electric shock or irreversible damage to the appliance.
IMPORTANT!
Unplug the appliance from mains power when filling with water and cleaning. -
The facial steamer should be cleaned after each use, to avoid the accumulation of grease and other residues.

For cleaning and descaling of the appliance, refer to “Cleaning and maintenance” section below.

For additional protection, the installation of a residual current device (RCD) having a rated residual operating current not exceeding 30mA is advisable in the electrical circuit supplying the bathroom. Ask your installer for advice..
WARNING: Do not use this appliance near bathtubs, showers, basins or other vessels containing water.

FILLING THE WATER TANK
To prevent scale build-up always empty the water tank after use. Rinse the water tank to remove any deposits.
- Ensure that the steamer is cold and not connected to mains power.
- Remove the water tank from unit base. Open the water tank cap and fill in water.
- Close the cap and fit the water tank back on unit base.
- To avoid water spillage, ensure that the water tank is properly closed.
NOTES:
To avoid calcium deposits, we recommend you use distilled water for your
facial steamer. To avoid damage or blockage, do not use any scented water or
additives.
USING THE FACIAL STEAMER

Plug the unit in to a 220-240V AC electric power outlet.

Press the Power Switch once to turn ON the unit.
-
Wait for around 40sec, and steam will start to release.
NOTE: A little bit of hot water may be ejected when the unit starts emitting steam. This is normal. -
Direct the steam to your face by keeping a distance of at least 20cm away from the nozzle. To ensure the steam covers your entire face, direct the steam to the top of your chin.
NOTE: Steam temperature is approx. 40°C at a distance of 20cm from the edge of the steam nozzle. If you feel the heat is too high move your face further away from the steam nozzle. -
The steam allows continuous steaming for approximately 10 minutes with a full tank of water.

When water level is low, the way of steam emitting will change. This is normal. If there is no water in the water reservoir, no steam will emit from the steam outlet.

Turn OFF the steamer when you find there is no water. Allow the appliance to cool down for at least 10minutes before filling it with water and restarting the unit.
Note: When there is no water, the facial steamer will turn OFF automatically. Even if you add water immediately, the appliance will not turn ON, unless it had cooled down sufficiently. -
Press the Power Switch to turn OFF the unit.

After completion of steam treatment, take care of your skin by moisturizing with lotion, performing cleaning, etc.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
- Unplug the steamer from mains power and allow it to cool down completely before cleaning and storing.
- Before storage, continue to operate until no steam is spraying out from the nozzle and wait for the appliance to cool down completely.
Cleaning
Clean the main unit with a damp cloth. If necessary, use a mild detergent.
Drain the water of water reservoir each time after use.
Do not use alcohol, acetone, benzene, scourging cleaning agents, etc., to
clean the steamer. Do not use hard brushes or metallic objects.
Remove any deposits on the steam nozzle with a damp cloth. To avoid scratching
the finishing, never use a metallic pad to clean the nozzle, and never place
the steamer on a rough surface.
Descaling
If de-mineralized or distilled water was not used for operation, we recommend
you follow below descaling procedure monthly.

Remove the water tank from the main body.

Fill the water tank with 50% white vinegar and 50% water. 50ml of this solution will be enough.
TIP: Mix the solution in a separate container and then pour it into the water tank. -
Let it stand for 40 minutes. Wipe the external areas using a wet cloth.

Drain out the vinegar solution and pour in clean water to rinse the water tank. Repeat this step several times until the vinegar odour has disappeared.

Fit the water tank in place.
