Hardware and system of smartphone/tablet should meet the following

minimum requirements:

2. CHARGING THE FIT COACH BALANCE

Pull the st raps gently. and take out the main unit.
Connect the main unit with built-in charging part to a USB power source such as your laptop, USB home charger, power bank.
Working time after fully charging the unit is up to 7 days.

3. PAIRING THE DEVICE WITH YOUR SMARTPHONE

• Download the Guardo Act ive App on the App Store or the Google Play Store.

• Make sure Bluetooth® is turned on on your smartphone or t ablet .

• Open the App.

• Open ‘Device’ in t he App and press ‘l\dd new device’.
  !Make su re your Fit Coach screen is ON by pressing the Touch button (SJ of your watch.
  The Fit Coach is activated and ready to complete connection.

• Choose the correct device in the Bluetooth® menu of your smartphone/tablet (FC BALANCE) and connect.

• Once the device is paired with the App, the App will automatically set t he correct date and t ime, and record and analyze data regarding heart rate, activity and sleep status automatically.

NOTE

If you want to “UNBIND” the App from your Fit Coach device, make sure to tum off Bluetooth® first, or all saved data will be lost !
! For data synchron ization from Fit Coach to data in your App t here should always be a Bluetooth® connection between watch and App. Make sure t he screen of your Fit Coach is active.

4. TOUCH BUTTON

Press 1x: Screen wake-up + Switch to different functions/modes
Press and hold button for 2 seconds· Enter function/mode for more detailed info.

   Press and hold button for 2 seconds for detailed info: Steps I Calories I Distance

3. Heart rate
   
   Actual data only appears after a few seconds. Press and hold button for 2 seconds to view lownormal – high heart rate

4. Blood pressure

5. Sports
   
   Press and hold button f or 2 seconds to select a specific sport: Indoor running, outdoor running, cycling or swimming.
   Each sport has its own submenu which shows different data t hat will be measured and saved during the exercise.
   Press and hold button for 2 seconds to enter the submenu

6. Weather
   
   Press and hold button for 2 seconds for detailed info about the weather conditions: Wind speed/ Humidity I Visibility I .

6.APP SYNCHRONISATION

When the activated Fit Coach is connected to the Bluetooth® device (smartphone/tablet) all data will be synchronized to the App automatically. Full synchronizat ion can be
done by pulling down the App screen to activate synchronization.
