Congratulations on purchasing your Guardo Fit Coach Motion!

Hardware and system of smartphone/tablet should meet the following minimum requirements.

1. PARTS AND BUTTONS

2. CHARGING THE FIT COACH MOTION

Put the USB plug of the charging cable in a 5V USB power source. Align the charger clip with the metal charging contacts (2) at the backside
of the watch. Working time after fully charging the unit is up to 10 days.

3. ATTACHING THE STRAPS

Insert one pin of the spring bar into a pin hole of the Fit Coach. Pull back t he quick-release pin and align t he spring bar with the opposite pin hole of the watch.
Release the pin. You should hear the two sides lock into place. Repeat to attach the other end of the strap.

4. PAIRING THE DEVICE WITH YOUR SMARTPHONE

To connect the Fit Coach, Bluetooth® must be switched ON on t he smartphone/tablet. The Fit Coach should only be connected via the App, NOT directly via Bluetooth®.
Download the Guardo Fit Coach Track App from the App Store or the Google Play Store.
Open the App. It will start searching for your Fit Coach. Make sure your Fit Coach screen is ON by pressing the Touch button (5) of your watch. The Fit Coach is activated and ready to complete connection.
Choose the correct device (FC MOTION) in the App and connect.
Once the device is paired with the App, the App will automatically set t he correct date and t ime, and record and analyze data regarding heart rate, activity and sleep status automatically.

NOTE

If you want to “UNBIND” the App from your Fit Coach device, make sure to tum off Bluetooth® first, or all saved data will be lost 1
! For data synchronization from Fit Coach to data in your App t here should a Lways be a
Bluetooth® connection between watch and App. Make sure the screen of your Fit Coach is active.

5. TOUCH BUTTON

6. FIT COACH DISPLAY & INTERFACES

To switch between display data, press the t ouch button (5) briefly

4. Sports Mode

Press and hold button for 2 seconds to activate a specific sports mode and see detailed info:
Time I Steps I Calories/ Distance/ Speed/ Average Speed I Heart rate.

Press and hold button for 2 seconds to exit the sports mode.

7.APP SYNCHRONISATION

When the activated Fit Coach is connected to the Bluetooth® device (smartphone / tablet) all data will Ile synchronized to the App automatically. Full data synchronization can Ile
done by pulling down the App screen to activate synchronization.
