Installation
MOUNTING ON HANDLEBAR
WARNING
Ensure rubber strap is wrapped around light body mounting hook twice.
WARNING
- Although light body is water-resistant (under normal weather conditions of rain, etc.) never intentionally submerge it underwater.
- In addition to its brightness, the beam is widely diffused. In case you need to use this light on public roads, be sure to adjust the angle downward so as not to blind oncoming traffic.
- For ultimate safety, the HeadLux 100 USB should be used in conjunction with a specific night riding light.

CAUTION:
Ensure USB Insertion Tab Rubber Cover is seated properly onto light body to
create a good seal. Avoid misplacing this part.
LOW BATTERY INDICATOR
Burn times are based on use with a internal 500mAh rechargeable lithium ion battery. The light Indicator will be lit RED when the remaining battery power is low, please charge the light as soon as possible.
SAFETY NOTES
- Headlux 100 USB is water-resistant. This allows its use in rain, however, Headlux 100 USB should never be purposely submerged in water.
- If the light body or parts become dirty or have been exposed to salt water, gently clean with soft towel using mild soap and water only. Never use harsh chemicals to clean the lighting system as damage to the housing and lens will occur.
- Never place this lighting system within a child’s reach.

SPARE PARTS
- The TAILLUX 25 USB Charge Indicator will be lit GREEN when charging. LED will turn off when battery is fully charged.
- The TAILLUX 25 USB Charge Indicator will be lit RED when the remaining battery power is low. Please charge the light as soon as possible.
- The TAILLUX 25 USB LED will not illuminate if the battery is faulty.
- After TAILLUX 25 USB is fully charged, unplug the USB port.
- Do not open light body.
- Battery may take 3 to 5 charging cycles to attain full capacity.
- Do not leave battery connected to charge source over 48 hours continuously.
- Charging with USB hub will take longer.
- After long periods of non-use, the battery will lose charge. Always charge the battery fully before each use and storage.
- Maintain the battery by charging it every two months and storing it in a cool, dry place to prevent from decreasing its lifespan.
- Safely and properly dispose of the light body according to your local regulations.
- Please use the charger as the specification shown on the user’s guide. Do not use quick charger, otherwise it might cause damage.
