CARE AND MAINTENANCE
When using, please read the following suggestions to help you comply with the warranty terms and extend the life of the product.
- Keep the product dry and do not place it in a humid place, so as not to affect the internal circuit of the product. Avoid using this product during vigorous exercise or sweating a lot to prevent sweat from penetrating into the product and damaging the product.
- Do not place the product in a place exposed to sunlight or high temperature. High temperatures can shorten the life of electronic components, damage batteries, and deform certain plastic parts.
- Do not place the product in a cold place to avoid damage to the internal circuit board.
- Do not try to disassemble the product. If you are not a professional, it may damage the product.
- Do not drop, vibrate strongly, or hit the product with hard objects, so as not to damage the internal circuit.
- Do not use harsh chemicals or detergents to clean the headset.
- Do not scratch the surface of the product with a sharp object, so as not to damage the shell and affect the appearance.

- It is recommended to use this product in an environment of 0-35℃.

Warranty service:
Our warranty service does not include the freight and door-to-door service of
the repaired product. Users can go to the local after-sales service center to
enjoy the one-month replacement (note: provided that the appearance is not
damaged and the accessories are complete), and the one-year warranty service
provided by our company; if there is no local after-sales service center, the
user can directly Find the manufacturer for after-sales service. Please call
4000652688 for details. After the manufacturer’s customer service has confirmed
and accepted, please send the after-sales products to the manufacturer’s
after-sales department.
Note: Please be sure to call customer service to confirm acceptance.
If the headset is damaged due to the following reasons, no warranty service will be provided:
- Abnormal use: break the headphone headband and microphone handle wire, break the signal wire, and break the ear shell.
- Improper storage: If the headset is exposed to a humid environment for a long time, the speaker and microphone are immersed in water.
- Repairs not authorized by our company.
- The content on the warranty card does not match the product, and no warranty service is provided.
- Earphone sheaths, earmuffs, foam pads, and shell cuts are not covered by the warranty.
- Please bring this card and valid purchase certificate when requesting warranty service. Please keep this card and valid purchase voucher properly, please do not modify the warranty card and purchase voucher by yourself, otherwise it will be deemed invalid.
