SIMPLE TROUBLESHOOTING
Precaution
- Do not operate the joystick if the insertion part is knotted to avoid any damage to the internal steel wire
- When capturing and recording, make sure the brightness of LED is suitable for inspection and not maike the probe tremble.
- After use, straighten articulation and then pull out ,do not pull out in a rush.
- Do not soaik or wash the videoscope, after using it, clean the controller and the probe with soft cloth and then put the videoscope into the packing case. Proper protection, so as to extend the service time of the product.
- Do not cause unnecessary damage by extrusion, collision, impact to the videoscope, please take out the battery when the videoscope is not used for a long time, to avoid damaging the battery and corrosion the videoscope.
- Do not use the equipment at the temperature outside the range of -10° C-50° C
- Do not use or place the videoscope in a corrosive environment.
- Do not expose the videoscope into the rain. if the probe of the videoscope is not waterproof. Do not place the probe under the water for a long time except the waterproof probe.
- Do not place the Videoscope in the magnetic environment.
- Do not use the Videoscope under the mass dust environment.
- Keep the controller clean and do not scratch the screen.
- Do not attempt to disassemble the videoscope, and the maintenance work should be carried out by authorized personnel from original factory.
After-sales Service
The warranty period of the Videoscope is 12 months. The warranty period for the replacement parts is 6 months, the warranty period for parts that were repaired without replacing any new parts is 3 months. Man-made damage is not included in warranty period, lifetime maintenance is one charged for the repairmen! cost. For the procucts that had been repaired, the effective warranty period is based on the longer one of the following two cases.
a. The remaing warranty period of the product.
b. 90days from the day of repairing.
The transportation and repairmen! costs of the procuct to and from the factory
are borne by the purchaser.
- The warranty will enter into force from the purchase date (the formal purchase invoice date will prevail). In the warranty period.any damage or failure is veried due to the material quality in normal use, we will provide free maintenance service.
- During the warranty period, repairmen! or replacing new parts are charged for free, and all the replaced parts, circuit board, equipment will be kept by the factory.
- This service is availalble to the original purchasers.

G Pro series industrial videoscope(as shown above) is a new NOT detector that integrated with optics, electronic technology, precision machinery and microphotography technology.
O Optical Detection
The controller is equipped with a high-brightness color LCD monitor, an ultra-
small CMOS camera, and the video signal is clearly displayed on a 5 inches
color LCD monitor after being processed and amplified. With high definition,
high reliability, high stability and so on, this videoscope has excellent on-
site detection capabilities.
O Precision machinery
The bending part is made of precision machinery. Can be manually operated,
360° all-way articulation, bending angle> 90° .

This videoscope are widely used in the fields such as automotive, industry
machinery, electronic, petrochemical industry, aircraft, electricity, special
survey, shipping, building etc.

achieve fast recording, file retrieval, etc., user-friendly operation.

Photo/video file browsing and editing
Press playback button in the main intertace to enter photo preview mode.
Preview the photo/video captured by the device, press the up/dowrv1e!Vright
buttons to select the target photosMdeos.
Format: Users can choose whether to format the memory card as needed, method same as above.
Image watermark: User can name the corresponding picture with letters, numbers, and symbols. The method is the same as above.
{The user can select whether the device to be ordered has a built-in WIFI
module according to the requirements. If the module is included, the menu data
setting line has more ‘wireless video synchronization” items. When opened, the
real-time working condition can be displayed on the tablet or mobile phone
with the specific software installed. Screen.)
There are some differences between the 4mm and 6mm menus of this product.
Switch button: press this button to take on/ off the videoscope.
Auxiliary light button: press this button to turn on/ off the auxiliary
light on the back of the controller.
Recording button: Under real-time image mode, press this button to start
recording. Press it again to stop recording.
Joystick: control probe’ s bending in any direction to achieve a full
range of detection
Damper ring: rotating the damper ring clockwise can increase the damping
of the joystick. At this point, when the joystick is pushed to any angle, the
probe will stop in that direction. Rotate the damper ring counter clockwise to
release the damping.
Zoom in button: Up to 3x zoom in under live image mode. Press this button
to zoom in under image preview mode.
Camera light adjustment button: the initial state of the LED is off after
the power on. Press this button once to increase the brightness of the light
by one level. In total, there are S levels. When the level is the highest, the
light is brightest and the cycle repeats.
Playback button: under real-time image state, press this key to enter
image preview mode.
Menu/Back button: press this button to switch between image mode and menu
mode, it is also have the function of return up to last menu.
Up button: under menu mode, press this button to move the cursor up.
Down button: press this button under menu mode to move the cursor down.
Left button: under menu mode, press this button to move the cursor left;
under sub menu mode, press this button to return to the previous menu.
Right button: under menu mode, press this button to move the cursor
right.
Confinnation button: confirm execution of the selected command.
Photo button: under real-time image mode, press this button to take
pictures.
Battery compartment lock: press the upper part of the lock to remove the
battery.
Controller interface

Note: (The metal contact faces toward the front of the controller.)
Insert the SD card. An incorrect orientation will damage the SD card slot.
USB interface: a bridge connecting the controller and the computer.
Through this interface, the information in the controller can be output to an
external computer.
AV output interface: the hub connecting the controller and the external
monitor, through which the information in the controller is output to the
external monitor.
HDMI interface: High Definition Multimedia Interface. When connected to
external display device, the device menu function will be blocked, and only
capture and video functions are available.
Program upgrade: Users can contact manufacturer to ask for latest program file for update.
System setting reset: each function is restored to the factory settings, the method is the same as above
Automatic storage: Users can choose according to actual needs, and the setting method is the same as above. By default, when auto storage is turned off, after taking a photo, press the photo button to complete the photo storage.
Power frequency: Users can choose different power frequency.
TV system: Users can choose different system as required.
Auto turn off : Users can choose time-off as required.
Insertion cable: this is inserting part to the observed object and it is
waterproof.
Bending section: Four directions can be bent under the control of
joystick. This section can be customized waterproof (IP67).
Operation instruction
Note: The handle needs to be installed in place before the device is turned on. The device does not support hot swap. The controller needs to be replaced in the shutdown state. Otherwise, the device will start abnormally.

When use it, firstly confirm that the battery and SD card have been installed ( and guarantee the battery has power), press the on/off button to tum on the device.

Observing objects
a. Press the camera light adjustment button to turn on the LED light {the user can turn on the auxiliary light when necessary).
b. Ensure that the insertion cable is not bent and the bending part is straightened. Then insert the probe into the observing object to reach the observation position.
c. Push joystick to control articulation part reach the target position.
d. Adjust the brightness of the light and the magnification of the image to achieve the best effect of real-time screen
Note: Before the probe is inserted into the observing object, it must be ensured that the inserted tube part is not wrapped and bent, and the bending part is straightened, then the insert to observing objects to avoid damage to the internal wires. -
After aiming the observed posmon, the test result can be observed through the controller function buttons.
Note: The camera cap must be put on when the device is not in use to prevent the camera from being damaged.
Date and time setting: Press the Confirmation button to enter the date and time sub menu, press Left/Right button to adjust the year/month/day/hour/minute. When the cursor is selected, press the up and down keys to adjust the parameters. Press the Confirmation button to complete the adjustment of the date and time.
Multiple languages: this equipment support Chinese, English and more languages, user can choose system language accord to their requirements.
Sound : User can choose to let the sound function on or off.
Screen rotation: When selected,, the displayed image is rotated 180° clockwise. Users can choose according to actual needs, and the setting method is the same as above.
Icon display: After opening, in the real-time image state, the SD card margin, image naming, date and time are displayed at the bottom of the screen. Users can choose according to actual needs, and the setting method is the same as above.
Ruler line: Open the ruler line, the cross-shaped ruler appears on the screen in the real-time image state, the setting method is the same as above.
Menu operation
Turn on the equipment, press the menu button, get into menu mode from photo
mode.
Press confirmation button and MENU button to select between the Image
Parameters menu and the System Setup rnenu.
After entering the corresponding rnain menu, press the up and down button to
select the sub-menu up and down. When the cursor moves to the corresponding
sub-menu, press confirmation button to enter the parameter selection of the
sub-menu, select the desired parameter, and press confirmation button to
complete the parameter setting.
Image parameter and system setting menu
Whee balance: The camera mage can accurately reflect the color condition of the subject. There are four types of light: automatic, A type, B type, and C type. You can press the up/down button to select the parameters and press confirmation button to complete the setting.
Automatic Gain: The user can select the gain value manualf,, or automatically. The setting method is the sanne as above. (ll7ere is no item in the individual configuration menu.)
Exposure: +2.o–{-2.0)user could set according to requirement, the setting method as above.
Image mode : standard, bright, user could set according to requirement, the setting method as above.
Frame rate: There are 3 kinds of frame rates, users can choose according to actual needs, the setting method is the same as above. (There is no item in the individual configuration menu.)
Negative: When the negative is on, the image shows its light and dark as opposed to the subject. Users can choose according to actual needs, and the setting method is the same as above.
Screen brightness: 1 to 9 levels, users can choose according to actual needs, the setting method is the same as above.
Screen contrast: 1 to 9 levels, users can choose according to actual needs, the setting method is the same as above.
