USER MANUAL
for WiFi connection

NOTE: The user interface is indicative and may change due to continuous improvement of user’s experience

REGISTRATION TO THE APPLICATION

1. Press the button ‘Register’ to create a new account
   

2. Press ‘Agree’ for Privacy Policy, to continue.

3. Enter your email or your mobile telephone number to get the verification code and press ‘Get verification code’.
   Enter verification code and create a password beforeyou press to confirm ‘Done’.
   Note: the verification code will be sent to you either on your mobile or at your email, depending on which registration way you chose in the beginning.

NETWORK SETTINGS

You can be connected to the App using one of these ways:
– Add manually, or
– Search by device
Before you begin network setting progress, make sure the device is as closer as it can be to the Wifi router.

Introduction to connection mode
The wifi function is on automatically right after the device is switched on. If this does not happen, press for 3 seconds button 1 (photo 1).

Manual connection through ‘Add Manually’ mode

Before you begin the connection procedure, make sure the Wifi function of the device is activated and that the indicator light blinks rapidly.
If not, press button 1 for 3 seconds while checking that your mobile is connected to the Wifi network.

Connect to the App and press button + to add your device.

– Press up left ‘Add Manually’.
– In the vertical menu on the left, select ‘Small Home Appliances’.
– Chose the device’s type Heater.
Note: the photo is for reference only, the category and/or the device’s type may appear in different places on your screen.

Make sure the WiFi indicator rapidly blinks. If not, press button 1 (photo 1) for 3 seconds.

Select your Home Network, enter your password, and press ‘Confirm’.

All settings will be transferred to your device.
Please wait until the device has been successfully connected. If the connection fails, try again.
If the connection fails again, please check ‘Troubleshooting’ for further assistance.
Once the connection is done, the device will appear on your screen.
Press ‘Done’ to complete the procedure.

Automatic connection through ‘Search for Device’ mode

Before you begin the connection procedure, make sure the Wifi function of the device is activated and that the indicator light rapidly blinks.

Press up right ‘Search for Device’. Make sure the Access Location is activated and press the WiFi activation button ‘Enable Wi-Fi’ to be connected.

Make sure the WiFi indicator light rapidly blinks, then press the ‘Configuring Wi-Fi’ choice to start the scanning procedure.

Your home network should appear on the screen now. Your mobile device must be connected to this same Wifi network. Enter your password and press the ‘Confirm’ button.
Important Notice: Only 2.4GHz networks are supported.

4. At this point, the “searching device” procedure begins
5. If the searching procedure fails, please try again. If it fails again, please check ‘Troubleshooting’ for further assistance.

Once the searching procedure is completed, the device will appear on your screen as ‘available’. Press ‘Next’ to complete the connection procedure.

Device control environment

1. Press buttons ‘+ / -‘ to increase / decrease temperature settings of the device.
2. On your screen, you can see the current temperature.
3. Press the button to activate / de-activate the device.
4. Press the ‘Function’ button to set the speed of the device (Levels 1, 2, 3).
5. Press the ‘ECO’ button to set the ECO function. This switches off the display.
6. Press the ‘Settings’ button to control other functions (a timer, Child-lock, etc.).

– Choose the time you wish to activate/deactivate the device.
– Choose to repeat the settings for specific days.
– Choose timer’s action: Activate or de-activate.

Troubleshooting

• Check if the device is activated and in Stand-By mode. If not, activate it and press button 1 (image1) for 3 seconds. When the WiFi function is activated, the indicator light rapidly blinks.
• Make sure the WiFi password has been typed correctly (uppercase and/or lowercase letters considered as different).
• Make sure your mobile is properly connected to WiFi Network.
• Make sure the network you use is 2.4GHz (WiFi 5GHz network is not supported) and that your signal is strong enough.
• Check your WiFi router settings. The encryption must be WPA2-PSK and the protocol must be AES.
• If you cannot be connected with a fast connection guide, follow the instructions for connection and try with a manual search.
