How to Pair

  1. In the first time, open the charging case to check the level of battery .If the case indicators is red, suggest to charge the Case.

  2. , Open the charging case, the earbuds will turn to pairing mode.

  3. Select “SONG AIR” under Bluetooth menu on your device. The pairing is successful.

  4. Congratulations, your earbuds are connected successfully. you can choose to use them at TWS Mode or MONO Mode.

  5. The next time you use it, open the charging case, it will automatically connect to your device..

  6. Connect to a New Device
    When you want to connect to a new device, disconnect this connection, the earbuds wil l turn to pai ring mode.

Power on

Open the charging case.

Close the charging case.

If you are in a call and another call comes in

Double tap the L/R earbud to accept the new call and hang up the current call;
Three tap the L/R earbud to keep the current call and reject the incoming call;

Charging

Factory data reset

try to reset as following instructions when earbuds are unable to connect:
In the pairing mode, double touch anyone of the earbuds, then touch lt or 3 minutes, the voice announcement wi ll remind you.the Factory data reset is complete, the earbuds wi ll turn to pairing mode..

FAQ

  1. How to change from Mono Mode to TWS Mode.
    When you just only use the right earbud, take out the left earbud from charging case, the music will come out from the left and right earbuds at the same time.
    b .When you just only use the left earbud, take out the right earbud from charging case, the music wi ll come out from the left and right earbuds at the same time.

  2. .How to change from TWS Mode to Mono Mode. a.when you put your right earbud into the charging case, the left earbud will continue playing music.
    b.When you put your left earbud into the charging case, the right earbud will continue playing music.

  3. .The earbuds cannot reconnect to my device automatically. If your earbuds are connected to several devices before, they will reconnect automatically with the recently connected device.
    Disconnect this device, open your Bluetooth and connect it again, if all of this doesn’t work. restore the factory settings.

  4. The left and right earbuds can’t pair with each other. Please put your earbuds into the charging case, and then take out them again. They will automatically  pair with each other. If it doesn’t work, please restore it.

  5. No sound from left/right earbud. Please put your earbuds into the charging case, and then take out them again. If still not solve this problem, please carry out restoring the factor) settlngs(Page 7), and then put your earbuds into charging case and ther take out them again.

  6. Can’t turn on my earbuds Please put them into charging case and charge the case at the same time.
