Get Started
Placing in Cup Holder
- Twist off the nut on the back of the phone mount and insert it into the supporting flexible gooseneck with cupholder base Press the round head of the flexible gooseneck into the back of the Wireless Charging Phone Mount and tighten the nut to secure. Adjust the neck of the gooseneck according to the best viewing angle.
- When removing the bracket, please adjust the bracket counterclockwise so that the bottom of the bracket becomes the smallest and the bracket can be removed.
- Insert the bracket into your automobile’s cup holder and adjust the bottom side of the bracket clockwise according to best fit.
How to Use
- Take the included 3ft micro USB cable and insert the micro USB end into the back of the Wireless Charging Phone Mount. Take the USB-A end and plug it into your USB car charger. Note: For fast charging use a Quick Charge 3.0 or 9V/1.69A; 5V/2A Adaptive fast charge USB car adapter (not included). Regular 5W charging will be enabled by a 5V/2A USB car charger (not included).
- Pinch the arms closed until they are securely holding your smartphone in the center
- Note: Some phone cases may prevent wireless charging, you may need to remove the case before charging.
- To release your smartphone, press the release button at the bottom rear of the mount to release the arms
Caution
To prevent damage to the phone or the charger:
- Remove metal cases, or cases with any magnet/metal components, from the phone before charging.
- Do not place metal objects on the charger during charging
NOTE: Qi wireless chargeable phones with metallic-looking finishes will charge normally. Very thick protective cases can obstruct charging. For effective charging, it may be necessary to reposition the phone or remove the case.
